Spotted a fair few skylines this arvo, black R33 GTR (RED39*) and silver R33 gtst (DRE33A) on hume hwy, and another silver r33 gtst followed me off the m5 at moorebank rd

Spotted RUGAME r32 parked near westfields miranda this afternoon.

I have had 2 cars come in with kiwi, first one was fine, 2nd one (my gtr) had a broken window and a nice mark on the door (luckily it polished out). for the amount of hassle it was going to take to file a claim i didn't bother and just paid to have the window fixed myself (around $400 i think). This was after it took around 2 months to get my car onto one of their ships. I would not use kiwi again.

I've imported 2 cars through j-spec and was happy both times with their service. however on the 2nd time, the shipping was really slow, so if i was to import another skyline, i would just deal directly with the guys that did my compliance since they can source the cars from japan themselves. they bought a r34 well after i bought my car and had it here before mine. thats just something to note if you're in a hurry.

Some old fart reversed into my fiancee's car today. She was standing right next to the car when it happened and started yelling at him to stop but he was off in old man's land and just ignored her. I try to avoid car parks.

The westfields carpark there is notorious for car theives. I had my old lancer broken into one night up there, called the cops they said usually around 10 cars get broken into each night. I guess the lesson for everyone is that your first mod should be an alarm/immobiliser. You need an immobilser to get insurance, and if you don't have insurance you need one twice as much! I hope you get your car back mate.

Spotted a new V35 coupe on parramatta rd last nite around 7.30. First one of those that i've seen.

So will putting on a bigger intercooler bring these temps down?

I have a power fc in my car and was wondering where abouts does it measure the air temp in monitor mode? is it just engine bay temp or is it intake temp? if intake, where abouts in the intake? before the turbo? after the turbo but before the intercooler? or after the intercooler? i'm concerned because i've been seeing temp's up to 62degree's whilst stuck in traffic. also how much injector duty do you think is safe? its been up to around 92%

242kw at the wheels was enough for me the first time i drove it, now i want more. 350 would be nice i think

i've had no problems running vortex 98 or mobil 8000. neither seems better than the other. haven't tryed optimax or bp ultimate.

I thought so too. It was pretty slow.

For sure, its made a massive change in the car! It now feels like how i thought a GTR should go.

Just picked the car up today after a few small mods - power fc, boost controller and cam gears. Car made 242kw at the wheels @ 17psi at CRD after doing about 160kw standard.

I think today is national skyline day, must have seen at least 15 today! Saw a white R33 GTS-T with a GT-R badge and a shopping list down the side of his car near orange grove krispy kreme.

No one needs a daily driver? Has great fuel economy.

1992 Hyundai Excel 3dr, 1.5l, 4speed manual, maroon, air con, cassette player, low kms (around 85000). Looking for $2500neg. Dent in rear bumper, but should just push out. Would make a good daily driver. Its my fiance's old car and before that was owned by her great aunt. Will post up pictures tonight. PM me for contact info.

My GTR is my daily driver. I drive it to workevery day (secure parking). I won't take it down the shops though, i take my fiance's car.

Both cars i've gotten complied (one 15yr rule, one sevs) came with a blue slip, which is the NSW version of RWC i think.
