    Actually, Most charge between 40 and 50 these days. BTW, i can also do two students at a time from $40 an hour ($20 each) so theres quite a big saving if u bring a freind along and I tutor both of you at the same time. (for the same subject). Also, there is a $5 discount per hour after the first hour (forgot to mention that) if u decide togo for 2 or 3 hours. Most pple only go for 1 hour tho

    LOL, yea thanks they were pretty good scores, they were the raw score tho, i think my specialist mark ended up going up to 52 or 53 from memory. Any interest yet??

    Its getting to that time of the year when exams are not too far off. Jus letting pple know that I tutor for year 11 and 12's in General Maths, Maths Methods and Specialist Maths. So if u need a tutor or know ne1 that does jus shoot us a PM. I operate from SE suburbs and I come to ur house. I usually dont go outside the boundaries of Springvale rd, South rd, CBD and Eastern Freeway, but just ask if ur not sure. Can also do northern suburbs for set time periods (ie straight afta uni) but it would have to be reasonable travelling distance by public transport from Melb UNI. I usually charge $35 per hour but i can do $30 for members, paying and non-paying. Thanx guys If u wanna check my credentials i've been tutoring for 4 years now (12 students in all), and my raw scores in maths were: Methods: 46 Specialist: 45 Currently 4th year Engineering/Commerce student Everything is obligation free so give us a try

  9. Have decided that since i mostly use my car for street purposes and hardly ever for drift that i will have my diff rebuilt and made tight. Wat put me off a lot was the clunking of the mech diff, i'm a lover of comfort and i always have girls in the car so i dont want them to start hating my car, lol. Plus its a cheaper option. Diff rebuilds are about 800 - 1000 yea?
  10. Will the 1.5 way RS shudder much? and for how long? ANe1 on here got 1?
  11. story cant be true, officers dont have the power to permanently confiscate the car, only the judge does, so it would most def have to go thru a court first
  12. Hi, Im looking to purchase a cusco diff for my car but i would just like some advice first. (NISSAN SKYLINE R33 GTS-t) 1) RS or MZ, my car is primaraly for the street but i do on odd occasions race it. I understand the RS is better for the street but what are the main disadvantages of 1 over the other in terms of driving comfort/safety/performance 2) 1, 1.5 way adjustable? From what i understood, the cusco diffs can be adjusted for 1 or 1.5 way without extra parts, so why are they being sold as seperate products? 3) I am concerned about the shuddering of a 1.5way diff. Is there any advantage of 1.5way over 1way (except for drifting). If i get a 1way, will it shudder? If i get the 1.5way, will the shuddering eventually go away after a couple of gran kms driving and a few oil changes? Is say a KAZ one better than CUSCO in terms of shuddering? thanx ppl
  13. yea thats the 1, i used to go the f40 but i recently switched to the maclaren. We always play the xpert map, it requires the most skill. Goto the one at the pool place on chapel st opposite como, it costs $2 per game but it goes for ages, (approx. 10min or 10 laps on)
  14. ITs a pretty mad game, requires alot of skill, graphics are ok, and multiplyer is mint. Me and my mates go down to the arcade after a night out every friday for a few rounds b4 heading home. Any1 heard/played this game?
  15. Basically, was drifting, and on one of the drifts, my cars back wheels started bouncing up and down due to no traction. Straight afta that i could hear lound knocking noises coming from back wheels, especially when appling throttle, The knocks are even more so when i'm turning and the car is in gear at and gear at any rev range. It feels like im losing power everytime a knock happens and then another knock happens and power is regained. when the car is in neutral nothing happens. I'm thinking the bouncing up and down has screwed my diff. Any thoughts pple? car: r33 GTS't

  18. Need to either clean or replace my air filter, atm i got a HKS mushroom one on that is really dirty, but i heard it isnt too good and i should jus scrap it and buy a new apexi style one. Wat do u guys reckon, should i jus clean the mushroom one or buy a new apexi style one. P.S. is there any difference b/w buying a real apexi or a fake $40 one that they sell at autobahn?

  20. U can reconnect it to the vacuum hose that comes of the actuator. I did it and have no problems
  21. Car is RB25DET Mods: Catback exhaust HKS POD FMIC Recently got it back from being tuned, and it seems to be randomly poping, especially on idle and sometimes when the REVS are falling. Due to screwed sparkplugs i had recently drove it while it was only running on 4 cylinders, but only for about 20kms in total (home then to mechanics) Im afraid i may have burnt out the CAT. When i was driving it when it was screwed a red symbol came up on the right hand side of the dash, looked something like this: It only did it tho when u were driving for a while and it went off when u let it idle for about 15secs, and then on again if the car was above 1000revs for more than 20secs
