  2. Yea, looks like a cross between G35 and GTR, I like it
  3. LOL, i din't know u could get defected for doing it in public. Some ppl.....
  4. So i guess I was describing the exact predicament u are in
  5. ^^^^ not true You are not allowed to sell a car that you still have under finance. Problem is its not VICroads' problem. If u buy the car then the bank comes to repossess the car, bad luck. Its up to you to sue the guy you bought it off. Most likely he's bankrupt (since the bank has started repossesing his assets) and you get nothing from him.
  6. If u want im selling my exhaust, only been on car for 6months so in as new condition. Its CAT BACK Apexi 3.5inch Titanium. Retails for about $1500 but its too loud and annoying my mum. Otherwise i would keep it PM me if interested
  7. Hey sarkis, how are u re, From the sounds of it could be a exhaust manifold gasket, but unlikely, more info needed, ie does it make a weird noise?

    Da Vinci Code

Actually the Star wars movie was never a book.
  9. Obviously not a local to the area, lol, yea every1 knows about this one even before it was officially published by Bracks as a site. I don't think they would catch many ppl nemore its so well known
  10. Yes a very good point u make. The same should apply to parking offices that get it wrong. There is just no incetive for the police to get it right in the first place. Mayb start a petition to make police accountable for their mistakes. If u get enough pple to sign it as well as some influencial ppl, u never know.
  11. Was gonna say, i know that church, its a greek orthodox 1. LOL, at least their having fun on their wedding day
  12. Nothing wrong with a hybrid mate, only that u save $1000. If ur worries bout the fan, just go buy an aftermaeket one that fits
  13. My mate had the exact same thing in his 180, 1 week later his turbo blew, so yea get it fixed ASAP, and take it easy until u fix it
  14. Yea this usually requires the head to be removed. Whats this "easy out" method u speak of ruffels, and does it work?
  15. Yea, im thinking it might be some1 from Dandy, bu newhere in SE region is possible
  16. ok here are some pics of the instal as promised: Below is where i t-pieced the stock boost controller to. I think this is the reason i have lost my stock boost gauge Any1 know where i can get a rubber gromit from?
  17. Not being immature mate, i just really hate ppl who steal things u've earned with ur own hard work. Sometimes u gotta take the law into ur own hands when the police don't do nething. And if u ban me that is really soft coz I was only suggesting
  18. Mate if u need and help, just PM Me, i can get about 4 guys who will beat the living f**K out of him. Also i reccomend u find out where he lives or his shop is, break in, raid and take evrything, then break everything u dont take. This is the worst shit ever. And i thought i was in the shit coz some1 stole my intercooler core. Which reminds me, if any1 hears/sees any private person selling a Hybrid style (purchased from gktech) intercooler and u suspect it may be stolen, plz contact me ASAP. There will be a reward for any1 that leads me to the thief.
  19. ok pples, the cooler is done and my car is back on the road. Looks mad, will post pics up soon. The only thing is that the stock boost gauge is now not working for some reason. I think its got something to do with me t-piecing the loose vacuum hose the the actuator hose. Got a Autometer boost gauge sitting at home neways so doesnt really matter. Thanx to all those that helped me through. Yes it did take me a week to do but i could only work on it on the weekend, so really it wwas more like 3days. S special thanks also goes out to greg from GKTECH for his awsome service, help and advice. He is a great guy and i would recommend him to every1. I will try to get pics posted by SAT nite
  20. ok, done everything, just don't know what to do with the stock boost controller hose that i disconnected from piping. Any1 know what i should do to this?
  21. Need a question answered regarding pressure for my hydraulics assignment On the exhaust side of a turbo is it better to have high pressure after the turbo (ie just before front pipe exhaust) or low pressure. Was speaking to this guy at autobahn, he reckons that it is better to have high pressure. He was basically saying that if i on my 33gtst with stok turbo, upgrade the front pipe to 3' (got the stock 1 now) i will actually increase lag because there will be less pressure. Is this true? My instincts say no, u would want the pressure to dissipate thus increasing air velocity and in turn making the turbo spin faster. Ie i should upgrade the front pipe. Any1 know what the answer is?
  22. LOL, u guys are funny. I fixed it up so that the pipe so it mounts properly, and doesnt look dodgy. I snipped the fan blades so it fits now. Tomorrow or Wednesday i goto: 1) drill hole on driver's side and connect the cold pipe. estimated time: 1.5hrs 2) rellocate the horns somewhere (any good ideas?) estimated time: 0.5hrs 3) Trim the front bumber bar and put it back on estimated time: 2hrs 4) Connect the stock boost controller back to the BOV hose and t-piece it estimated time: 0.5hrs 5) Put front bodykit back on estimated time: 0.5hrs 6) Goto the guy who i bought the kit off and abuse him for giving me the wrong size hot pipe. (this is where i had to use the pvc) estimated time: 2hrs 7) Get a refund for hose from that guy since he gave me the wrong sizes and i had to buy my own estimated time: 0.5hrs (due to arguments) 8) Possibly remount the cooler off the bumper bar (atm it is mounted from the chasis bar running along the top) estimated time: 2hrs Oh yea, all these time could be halved if my mate helped me instead of spending every fricken second wit his g/f. Pics will be up soon guys, hang in there for me
  23. Progress report: Sat night: 9pm - 2am. At my mates house, my mate ditches me so he can spend time with his g/f. So being a absolute N00b, takes me 5 hours to remove bodykit, front bar, stock piping and stock cooler. My mate did however manage to drill out a screw i happend to shred. Sun Even tho my mate said he would be up at 9am to help, he gets up at 11 then goes straight to work. Oh well at least i get to use his tools. My other mate with a 180 comes around and we manage to mount the cooler and with the help of another guy that was walking past in the street, manage to get all the piping done on the hot side. We had to use some pvc since the alluminium piping i got didnt quite fit in place. It was difficult to get rubber/silicon on this PVC. Also as mentioned in the post above, half the cold side piping is done, altho in a dodgy fashion as to prevent the piping hitting the radiator fan. Tommorrow Finish uni at 5 Will have to finish cold side pipe, ie drill a hole in the chasis to fit the cold pipe from the intercooler to the adjoining piece. Also will have to decide where to put my horn and also where to connect the loose vacuum hose to. Hopefully this all will be done by the end of Monday, thus i will be able to drive my car
  24. Thanx for the advice much appreciated it. Me and my friend basically mounted it so it wouldn't touch but it seems a little dodgy and it still moves around a bit. I might take ur advice and just cut the fan. Thanx again
