  1. yup i'm still definetly in ... need somehting like this to fill in some of my spare holiday time!! :)
  2. 1)can't 2)turbo back exhaust, SAFC2/DFA, EBC, sway/strut bars, bush's, brake upgrade, etc.. 3)Hydro's are illegal in every state of australia, but airbags/airstruts aren't, long as less you dont' have to cut away anythign to make them fit. You want airbags or airstruts (l haven't had time to look to much into the stagea suspension yet). To properly set itup, you'll be looking at the best part of $5K. If you want it to lay out, then expect that figure to double or possibly tripple. there are plenty of suppliers & fitters of kits, but good place to start is www.airbagit.com , who have suppliers in every state. I'd also talk to a registered engineer in your state bout them. Those that say its not a mini truck, check out the US scene. Guys have had cars/wagons, etc.. on bags for that long its not funny. I know my other car (a hatchback) will be getting them once we finish on the new bodykit. 4)7psi stock. Wouldn't push much more than 12psi (pending a/f ratio, fuel pump, etc..). 5)Depends how u drive the car, drive like a f*ktard and it'll be lucky to handle 170kwatw, drive it hard at times but respect it and you'll be able to through a lot more through it. 6)NO!! cops don't even give my car a second look which is awesome, but l'll see if l say the same thing once the 19's, exhaust & big rear wing are on.
  3. Ernie no longer works at Nizmo ... and hasn't for a while.
  4. Course ... how else are you supposed to watch porn when your doing an oil & filter change?!?!?!
  5. links to ebay matchbox stagea's ?? I can't find anything.
  6. put me down for a matchbox car if u can get them and that model as well.
  7. once they arrive & the wing l'll throw the stagea in the studio for a few hours and do a bit of a mini shoot with it!!
  8. uh huh!! Pretty good hey!!
  9. Mine are a straight swap ... no money changing hands which is great, as l'm in the same "poor mans" boat.
  10. mesh wheels ... urrghhh ... such a pain to clean, hence why my 18's are going and being replaced with some nice bronze 5 spoke 19's!!
  11. the only time l've been in the back is when the gf and I .... nope ... never mind!! (someone had to make the joke! )
  12. Leech ... not the same leech from ACT that owned a mint little SSS?? Guess who?!?!
  13. From all reports ICE performance in Cheltenham are pretty good. I'll be getting them to tune my SAFC2 as its just been installed. Can't remember their details atm ... but have a search in the VIC section for details.
  14. Really ... how much are the FB's again?? As thats a hot bar, and would mean both my cars have the same front bar! (adds to long term shopping list). do DMD do that bonnet on that car ... l'm seeing that in black on my car!!
  15. Sorry l meant rear sway bar.
  16. I held off for a week .. was registered last thurs And can def tell the difference. Once l have some spare coin l might look into the rear strut bar as well. my car looks the same as yours atm ... well just a bit lower coz of kit. Still got the 33 wheels on it.
  17. Be careful on some of those cheap items off ebay, they are actually imports and won't be covered by warranty at all. Esp the head units. Fingers crossed too AMS that all those items in your car arrive safe and sound back to you!!
  18. Got the strut bar in ... and WOW ... does that make one hell of a big difference. No longer does it feel so "floaty" round corners. Thanks again Alex for it!! For the melb pep's ... ICE performance, best place to go to get a SAFC II tuned? Its installed, just need tuning done on it. Exhaust & other parts that weren't originally sent down with car still not here, dragging the chain a bit they are. Supposedly l'm guarantee'd it mon/tues next week, l'm not holding my breathe though. And my 18's are going soon as well ..... new, bigger shoe's & rubber are going on .... W00T!! On another note, haven't received one bad comment bout the car, everyone that see's it loves it ... according to one mate "once the wheels & wing are on, thats one awesome Jap Cruiser!!". Even got a few thumbs up & smiles from other skyline drivers i've seen when out driving!!
  19. Just wanting to confirm, the part no's for the whiteline springs are: Front springs -- 83139 (23139) Rear Springs -- 70191 (20191)
  20. Sooooo ..... any idea's on what they are? Will have to measure your car against mine alex when l come round ... might try and come round before l put the new wheels on (as in keep the stockies on), as l somehow think 19's might throw the height out a bit!!
  21. all my speakers are mounted behind the doors in their factory spots, except for the tweeter which is flush mounted further up the door. Front Doors have Dynamat in them to make them a bit more solid. Amp is located behind the rear passenger seat as its the only place big enough to be able to mount it. Note for all: 0 guage wiring is a head f*k to get through the firewall!!
  22. Are the stock springs on stagea's generally Dark Blue/Blue?? Have a little bit of a look round mine yesterday whilst doing the stereo install, and noticed my springs are dark blue. Generally l thought nissan only used black springs
  23. wow!!! Might make some calls and see if l can get them, and how much their going to cost me!! They look wicked!! Do they have further details on the company in the book, maybe a website and an email address?? EDIT: Company is called QUEST, kit is called Include. So if l get some email details l'll be finding out about shipping as l've been told they ship o/s too!! WOOT!!
  24. Saw a white S1 Stagea (my first stagea on road l've seen) on sat night just of Elenora Rd In Noble Park.
  25. I'll take those guards though thanks!!!
