yeah l just looked at the pics l got of the car, and there's def not one in the engine bay. If its anything like the N15 pulsar, it'll make a little difference on cornering .... which is always good. Spray is cool, l can do that. I've got an airbrush and do a bit of brushing, so prolly just do that. If u can get one before the meet l could get it off you then if you want.

Too hard to tell what you could get for a car based on pics. Probably need to wait until its landed before u could get a firm figure, but looking at prices atm, maybe around the $22K mark.

Wierd question l know.....but With no. plate mounting, which screw hole's do u use (ie: the outer one's, or the inner one's) and do slimline plates at the back look alright??? and finally the car reach's brissy on monday, so only a couple of weeks (2-3 l'd guess) to go and l'll have it!! Worst thing is it won't be in time for the melb meet up

nice.....very clean looking and lovin those wheels!! looks a nice stereo/tv set up too.....be interesting to see what sorta splits you got in the door. And your in the same position as me, good head unit, but u won't be able to get FM out here (oh, thanks for the dash pic too......now l can start working out where l can mount a guage & TT .... as my pic only showed the dash & console close up, not an overview like that) No roll cover in the boot??? But there's def a stacker & a dvd unit there. $20K on road is good......do u have much longer to wait? Mine arrives monday in brissy, so only a couple of weeks to go!!

Just wondering, are the bonnet's of stagea's specific to our vehicle, or can you use an R33 bonnet?? reason so, l love the black bonnet look of this car, and am half tempted to look into getting one (not necessarily CF). damn, there's a theme here with GTIR/pulsar owners also owning Stagea's.....must be a natural progression!! :lol:

The pioneer's the 6.25" one's??? I'm thinking about a set of Hertz HSK165's for the front, and ESK165's for the rear, just wanna make sure they fit first in the factory positions. Hiding the amp will be the biggest hurdle at this stage l think

Anyone put one of those cooler kits from just jap on their stagea?? if so how were the results, as in did the piping all match up fine for the stagea?? Don't know whether to get one, or just leave the stock cooler there coz of front bar & space behind it (as l don't really want to hack up the kit)

Yeah l'll def be after the roll cover & the cargo net if my car doesn't have them, as l need them for work & security.

hey mcchook what size co-axial's did you use in each door, as l'm not sure what size splits to get for the front, and what size co-ax's to get for the rear to add a bit of bass. Also where did u mount your amp, didn't happen to mount it under the passenger seat did you?? As l'm hoping ot mount my 4 chnl amp there

My car is leaving japan this week and heading to Brisbane Port, and l need to find someone within the next 10 days to speak to inregards to getting it out & clearing customs, before l get it towed to the compliance centre. How did the one's under the lights come out??? You'd be very surprised at what you can get outta of that camera!! But the whole no manual control kinda sucks a bit on them, might be easier to do "night" shots at dusk with it. The melb guys will freak when l turn up to a meet with my camera!!

Do you have a tripod? and what camera are you using?? Coz you need to use a much longer shutter to get more of the car in the shot......well more of it that isn't in the darkness!! My monitor is colour calibrated and they are pretty dark shots. I see in one shot there is a light down the road, try and park the car under that next time, should be able to get away with using a shorter shutter speed too.

Jells park sounds awesome to me (coz l'm all of 10mins away!! ) and the 1/2 oct would be best, the weekend before is grand final weekend, and l don't think my car will be here by then. (may not be for the 1/2nd, but fingers crossed) Even if its not here, l'll come along to have a look at your cars, and get jealous coz mines not there!! :lol:

Yeah thats what l was planning on doing to start with. I don't listen to the radio that much, more to my iriver (with fm transmitter)....radio gets biggest work out when l go to the drive in with the gf. We'll see how things go, l like the new JVC range......might go window shopping this weekend!! Esp after seeing how much needs to be done to get the dash pieces off.....if l've gotta take it all out, l might as well get a new head unit at the same time.

Yeah l like my music, but we'll see how we go. There's already an aftermarket head unit & tv/dvd in there, hence why l was thinking of getting some splits at least. Is it worth upgrading the fronts brakes/calipers to r33GTST one's?? or on a stock stagea they fronts are fine, well maybe with some slotted discs. car....10-14 days on the boat, clear customs a few days max, then its off to be complianced straight away, prolly 1-2wks max there, then to melb & get registered. So l'm guessing 5 weeks from now. Would be in OZ already l reckon by coz of O-bon in japan everything got delayed by 10 days. *sigh*
