a mates mate came from vic with his xr6t, asked to take me for a spin in it. a 33 could keep up with it till about 90km then the xr6 really starts hauling ass...

ALL IS OK NOW, JUST LOST THE SPRING IN THE BOOST CONTROLLER

Hi all before i start ill just say i have a r33 95 with one of those turbotech boost controlers i was running 10 psi quite confoirtable since i bought it and during my drive home frpom work i noticed the car not pulling as hard as usual . so i planted it and npticed i was only hitting 5-6 psi max... pulled over, lifted the hood to notice the boost controller adjustment twirly me thingwas very loose and with one more revolution could have come completely off.. anyway fixed it up tightened the twirler and jumped back in the car only to notice i was still running the same boost (5-6 psi) , anyawy i kept on pulling over and adjusting the boost cotroller about 5-6 times and not noticing any differance in boost.... ????? Am i missing sometihng here ??? why isnt my boost adjusting ??? its probably sometihng really simple but ill ask someone who has more of an idea than me cheers Tim

Honda do make decent engines , i'll always choose a nissan over a honda... ok from my experience stock r33 turbo (keyword turbo here!) will beat a type R no problems, stock r33 turbo (again turbo , keyword) will beat a S2000. the S2000 will keep up for a while but wont hold its power long enough to outrun the 33 Again this is just from my experience people...

yeh just finished it last night.... Negatives: dont like the graphics, gameplay is to arcadey cars handle like boats RICE x 1000 Possitives: drifting is awesome (unrealistic though) and thats about it...

Bexley, the roundabout on New Illawarra RD... Must admit the cops were pretty good to me considering a p plater in a skyline . If anything they were giving the other guy a lot of grief....

Hey all Thought i'd share this with you It started with a night at the movies with a few friends, followed by a small cruise around the Botany area... Had a good night and a few laughs with the boys until it was time to head home... I approached a round about near my mates house. Looked left all clear , looked right all clear. I proceed thorugh the roundabout and as i was about to take the 2nd exit, i hear my mate (in the passanger seat) just scream out but it was to late . Some idiot on my left didnt see me and hit my the passanger door. The impact f***ed my left tire and all i could do was just break as i went crashing over 2 small islands finally to be stopped by the impact of hitting the gutter... after releasing what just happened and coming back to reality i could hear a very loud noise. looking at my rev display the damn needle was bouncing at 7,000 RPM without me having a foot on the accelirator or anything. First thing that crossed my mind was that the car was going to blow up.. my mate in the back seat was screaming to get out, we all jumped out and ran as fast as we could. after a few seconds the car exploded BOOOOMM lighting the night in flames !!! (well not really, i spiced that part up a bit ahaha ) .. realising the car wasnt goiong to blow up i went and turned my engine off, the car must of been boucning at 7,000 RPM for a good 30 second to a min. The black Celica parked and the driver rushed out appolagetic , we exchanged details and i phoned the police... My whole left side of the was totaled, front pannel was belted in, my tire was on an interesting angle that wasnt touching the road , door was belted in and the rear pannel had a shit load of scratctches and gashes on it. I took the police 2 hours to make an appearance, they did the whole "cop" thing and asked 1 million questions... i hadnt had any alchol in my system but the driver of the celica admitted to having "1 glass of wine" .. when he got breathalized he was just under, at 0.038 i think and that was after 2 hours of waiting for the damn cops... Cops were very nice and helpfull even gave me a ride to my mates house. we didnt all fit in the back seat of the paddy wagon so we all jumped in the jail bit. Anyway thank the heavens that everyone is safe and walked away without injury ....

pfft i got some p plater in his dads 297kw hsv line me up a few days ago , for 297 k/w it really didnt impress me much he only got ahead by a few meters than i stopped coz i was approaching the speed limit lol but back on topic you will call him narrow minded, he thinks the bigger the better

doesnt appeal to me, it will always have that family car aura about it
