what about extrude honing the exhaust manifold? has anyone had much sucess with this? I am still keen to see how much past 300kw i can get on the stock manifold before i switch to high mount. If i can get close to 320kw i might not even change the setup

i have the set up u are putting on my car. 3076r with .82 housing and 38mm gate off standard exhaust manifold. it is an awesome turbo setup. on 16psi with step 1 cams and built engine i made 285kw with a very conservative tune (very little timing, rich afr's). My next step is to push the standard exhaust manifold as far as it can go to see if how far over 300kw it will go. I have noticed that most of the setups that stop making power around the 300 mark are using the .63 housing.

id be keen on an rb25 high mount, but with enough room between the turbo and rocker covers to fit a set of rb26 rocker covers on. most of the ones on the market sit the turbo too close to the rocker cover.

just curious as to how far over 300kw u got with the stock exhaust manifold??

The body is in very good condition and the only rust is a small bubble near the sunroof the car comes with a black gtst bonnet and black stock 16's, 2 tone silver/ black window tint projector headlights with custom clear front indicators. Car will also come with a genuine trust front bar or the standard gtst bar. The interior is almost perfect, dash vents all work, no cracks in dash only issue is the rear pillar trims are falling apart but i can replace them on sale. the dash has EL white face gauges fitted as well as a shift light and jvc mp3 head unit, with cadence 2 ways in the front doors. Also has a r32 gtr driver's seat which will be fitted upon sale and can even throw in a white genuine gtr bonnet as it has the catch already fitted. Engine wise the car will come with a stock rb25 or for even cheaper i can put an rb20 in. the motor itself will be stock but will have a cat back 3.25inch exhaust with stainless cannon, front mount intercooler, apexi power intake. suspension is tein height adjustable coilovers with adjustable camber arms on the rear, and front strut brace. I also have slotted front brake rotors which i will throw in but haven't been fitted. i will update as i find more parts. can make the car cheaper by not including extra parts. and feel free to make an offer.

is the turbo kit off the rb25/30 for sale at all?

selling my set of black drifteks that are on my r32 gtst. they are all 17x9 and offset for gtst which i think from memory is around +32? all 4 tyres are over 60% tread easily and are federal 595's and dunlop sp sports all are 235/45r17. wheels themselves do not have any damage on them and are all balanced. on of the rims is actually brand new as one was cracked when i bought the set.
