do these engines use two different cam angle sensors perhaps or all years the same ones, as the new head didnt have cam angle sensor, just new cams, last ones are seized

thnx for da reply dude, howeva i have checked everything and it still wont start, the prob i fink is the cam angle sensor, the old cam has like a half moon bit on the end that goes intoi te sensor, this one has a full moon shape on the end, n e thoughts

My r23's head stuffed up so i canged the head and it wont tstart, im thuinking the head maybe off the older rb20 as mines a eccs head but not sure if the new ones is, any way to tell, any suggestions.

sorry dudes, my gaket kit does list it, what do i set the tension too on the torque wrench for doing up the head bolts on a r32 gtst

the car had 145000 when i posted as you can see in the thread, i think its just hit the 150 mark now, the last service was done 2 thousand kilometers ago by my dad, who is a qualified mechanic, we also put a new timing belt in yesterday so another 100k till it needs changing, i was not given a service history with the car, but mechanically it is in fastidious condition as i said my dads a mechanic and i will have any check that you require completed with total confidence in regards too this vehicle
