Hehe, that's exactly what I was just looking at, but no. The M/Y is backwards for some reason. On mine it says 03/05 but I know it was made in 05/03. But I still had to think about it!!! For a moment I had to double think that maybe it was an 05 I had scored - yeah!!!

Also is it just me or has the margin price over normal unleaded for Vortex98, and Ultimate gone up since the shortage of Vpower? I'm sure it used to be always exactly 10c more than than the normal unleaded but for the past month it's always been about 12-15c more? Or has this been happening for a while and I just haven't noticed?

I had to pay it yesterday and I rang them up to confirm and it was $321. But I do have a sedan. I called them up when I got the car initially as that model wasn't in the online system yet. I just tried to get an online quote from AAMI and something strange - I couldn't get a quote for any skylines! I called up again today(no wait time, love it), just to doublecheck and the lady was very nice and explained to me everything. I am covered no worries eveything matches up. I asked for a quote on a 350GT Auto coupe. With all my details it was $328. I explained to her that you guys were getting quotes double that figure and she said the only variable that would affect the cost by that much is if the car was registered for work use. She also said AAMI has some sort of relationship with Shannons as well as me having 2 cars with them, so I get a little bit of a discount there as well. But not that much. She also said, whether it's an import or not doesn't matter as much when it comes to CTP because the government sets rough price guidelines(it is a government initiative after all) which means they can't vary the prices as much as Full Comp.

They've finally figured out those coupes are deathtraps hence the increase! Even so seems a bit rich.

Taken me about an hour to figure out how to sign up! Don't think I'll go through with it though. I see what I want, but to pay them, communicate, get them to deliver, etc, too much hassle it looks like. Any of you actually bought from there successfully?

Sorry to butt in from across the border, but do any of you have any of the latest CD's? All the ones I can find are pre 10/2001 and as such my V35 and all the latest goodies aren't in there, only the early models. I'd be very happy to get my hands on it. I'm looking for a part number for the Aero Kit for 2003 sedan. Cheers.

Any part number or accessory requests, I can try and look them up for you when I have time. Its a pain looking for something when you don't know what to look for(as all the data is in Japanese) so give me as much info as you can. Best thing to do is post up your Chassis AND Model number and I can narrow it down alot quicker. Most times the chassis number is not enough. The chassis number is displayed on the silver plate thing in the engine bay - this gives us the date the car was built and the serial number. The long model number will give us paint code, transmission, engine and trim codes. The dashes in this number are important so write them down! Let's keep this thread V35, V36, R35 and Z33 please. Stock - MP3's no, CDR's yes. Luck of the draw of course if your headunit works in the first place. There's been a number of reports of units being DOA. But just one of those things you need to consider.

Others might disagree but I think the Bose is fantastic for a stock system. I'm usually one to upgrade systems straight away when I buy a car, but a year later, I still have the stock system. It still takes my doof doof, no audible distortion, just needs some dynamat in a few places to make it sound tighter. Go the GT-8!

Don't be a girl. Do it yourself! Yes oil filter is the same as the 350z, so tell Rapeco that. Someone correct me, but I don't think the fuel filter is an easily accessible or even a replaceable part?
