hi everyone. im hoping someone could give me a hand please. ive pulled a homemade boost controller out of my series 2 stagea( on there when i got it) and now i want to return the boost lines back to thier correct homes. can anyone help. theres the solanoid with the top and bottom connection spots. theres the wastegate conection, the conection on the compressor housing on the turbo and then i found one sneaky one cable tied shut on the pipe that runs from near the pod filter back to the bov. can someone please lend me a hand. or a pic of thier engine bay with the factory setup i was told by the people that did my 100,000km service that it was installed wrong so jsut want it out

This car jsut gets better and better. 3/4 of the way thru our 4000km road trip and im still amazed by it. with over 200kg worth of stuff thrown in the back and the two of us in the front the stagea still gets up and boogies. my old skyline if i babied it got about 350 to 400 km to a tank with the rb20 in it. the stagea is a freak pulling over 600km to a tank!! is there anything these cars cant do haha.

Finnaly got to drive the new stag yesterday after two months and im spewing it took so long for me to get one. they are soooo cool. its smashed every expectation i had of the car from the pics i saw of it. and im still finding gadgets everywhere. the first time i sank the right foot in shocked me. it got up and moved quiet alot quicker than i thought. so happy, but now i do have an unhealthy obssesion with not closing the boot properly jsut so it closes itself haha.

Plus 1 vote for this one. i worked with tyres for a long time and Direzza's were always a good option. Ken Nomura that drives the 4 door r34 drift car in japan uses them along with a few other drivers too.

HAHA thats really funny. your in australia and your car leaves japan on the 14th. im the opposite. our new stagea is in australia and i leave japan on the 14th and fly to qld. been two months since we brought it and i really cant wait to drive it!. an awesome looking car mate. hope all goes well!!

what sort of accommodation are you looking for. there are lots of choices from hotels to hostels. capsual hotels are good fun too. asakusa has a really good ew hostel.

haha. it was more a reference to the fact that it wouldnt take anywhere near 5 hours to get to Okayama. working in f*kuyama for nearly 2 years i hope i know where it is by now haha. We met another couple of Aussies there too. They Bused it from Okayama the first day and Trained it the second. It was a nice drive there for us tho.

Yeah i've been looking at the NIStune for when i get back. has anyone on here got a ViPec in their stagea, and if so did it make a difference to the gear changes?

And is this then one of the main reasons that a pigback ecu is the better option over a standalone computer?

Cool thanks for that!! I'm learning haha. has anyone ever modified the button shift. to make it faster. i know its not a skyline but im guessing the change in the skyline would be quiet fast.

Awesome. as i said i haven't even seen it yet. and I'm getting antsy to do things to it. what are the controls like. are they really responsive?

Having owned my Stagea for well over a month but not actually physically seeing it yet, was just wondering if it is possible to get the R34 paddle shift to work on the series 2 Stagea?? If this has been brought up before please point me in the right direction but i couldn't find anything in a search. Just a query thanks guys.
