  1. Hey here is a pic of my 18"s, they will fit on without spacers too if that is a concern.
  2. I sort of though the Blitz coolers were meant to be pretty good. Am I correct in assuming that the ARC and Blitz coolers are some of the few that do not require cutting a whole under the battery tray on a R33?
  3. Thanks mate, more food for thought.
  4. I'm more confused than when I started reading this thread, I realise you have a vested interest as you are a trader EXAUNV, but could explain to me if there is any difference in quality between a Hybrid, Greddy M-Spec, and your coolers? Or is it just a brand preference thing?
  5. I would also like to see some definitive answers to your questions too. The CRD tube and fin Hybrid copy FMIC for $379 looks alright to me, but if it is quite limited then I don't want to have to upgrade to a V-spec or similar at a later date. Glad you dragged this one up.
  6. lol, yeh I made a mistake, I am running 235/40/18. That would make for interesting ride quality though wouldn't it.
  7. I just got some Advanti Medusa 18's for my car, I had alot of problems finding wheels that would fit over the brakes on my car. As far as I know they are just the standard R33 GTS-t sedan brakes, but alot of wheels I tried would not sit flush due to the calipers. So my advice is to make sure you do a fitment check before you buy wheels, ie. make sure they fit if you're going to buy online. Oh and on the stock suspension the car rides fine with 235/30/18 tyres.
  8. Thanks mate, gives me a good idea as to where it's at.
  9. Received mine today, can't wait to put it on, I remember someone posting in this thread some installation instructions for a R33, can anyone remember what page they were on before I look through them all? Thanks
  10. Thanks Tangles, I can't wait to get mine and see how it goes. I'm assuming that dyno chart is the 'after' one
  11. Speaking of dump pipes, has anyone put one of the FLYN ones on their R33's? If so, notice any performance gains?
  12. Thanks heaps mate, will give it a shot tomorrow, perhaps parked outside the garage!
  13. I have just got my car, and I am the first owner in Aus, the A/c does not blow any cool air, I can hear it engaging, but no coolness. The car is a dec. 97 r33, so would it have had the r12 drained from it before being shipped from Japan? I heard that all imports had to have their a/c drained before shipment, but I wasn't sure if this is the case. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
  14. I live in South Frankston, in Melbourne actually Ben, and yeh I was quite impressed with that price too. Surely the suburb can't affect it that much?
  15. Thanks BBGTR What would the 'M' signify in the GTS25TM Appreciate the fast response.
  16. I pay $1141with just cars for a r33 S2 sedan, 5 speed, gts25t. This is with agreed value of $17,000 I am 24 however.
  17. Could someone please check the following for me: 6U9000ECR33134147 Thanks heaps.
  18. Can't thank you enough for that link mate, well done, appreciate it.
  19. I don't know much about the RB25DET but with some engines LPG causes cylinder head wear and valve seat issues. Petrol lubricates the combustion chamber, which is something that LPG does not do, so if your running straight gas then you will need to do more maintenence, more often. Plus the fact that is has about 22 mj/litre compared to around 33 mj/litre for petrol means that you need to burn more for the same power. My mothers Falcon had LPG on it, it was gutless on LPG, I don't care what any body says if you run duel fuel you will have less power on LPG. For a car such a Skyline, which is not the thirstiest vehicle around anyway, I wouldn't bother with it, you might save a bit of money, but if money was the primary factor you would be driving a Corolla. /end rant
  20. My guess would be Melbourne somewhere, given that ICE in around the Cheltenham area I think
  21. Is that with a RWC? I'm interested if it's without stereo and RWC supplied.
  22. I have personally driven this car and can confirm that it is absolutely pristine both in and out, and drives great. Whoever buys this car is one lucky bugger, I would but I cannot afford it.
