  1. mid next week, just before the singapore gp
  2. with the associated grid demotions in malaysia, france and numerous drive through penalities and now this, 15 is a conservative estimated total of points lost to dubious calls or overly harsh penalties
  3. act like the red team? wtf is happening with Nigel Stephany anyway
  4. money is on Mclaren just accepting this penalty for the good of the sport again, and moving on
  5. this is now upto a mathiatical 15 points the FIA has taken from mclaren feel the love
  6. a penalty should only be applied if an advatage was gained through a deliberate or intentional off track excusion i dont think what happened fits that description at all
  7. thats rediculous no fan should love that ruling
  8. The word ‘intentional’ and ‘deliberate’ are two words that seemed to be ignored Its not like this off track excursion was planned. He tried a move, it didn’t work, gave the spot back and took it again. Do we now need to allocate a specific time you have to remain behind before you’re allowed to repass somebody? More rules? Fcuks sake, it was by far and away the most exciting thing we’ve seen all year, and then penalising the guy because he didn’t complete it inch perfect. No wonder nobody has the nuts to overtake anymore, you’ll just fkn get pinged for it so you might as well circulate where you are and take the points you have. This is ludicrous. Kimi ended up in the way anyway when his talent ran out. Nobody was robbed and nobody seemed to have a problem with it at the time. Now there a million arm chair professionals sitting at home with the heater on and their internet connection ready to rock criticising a move that was done in a matter of seconds in the wet, on the wrong tyres, for the lead of a race. Lewis clearly was going to get him eventually and tried to the best of his ability. He could have launched down the inside at the same spot clipped kimi, taken either of them and then critised for that too.
  9. No, you don’t have to make it easy, but you also don’t have to continue to run a guy off the road when you clearly have the position in the second stage of the corner. Kimi clearly went much further than was necessary you mean under yellows when Niko went for a bushwalk? Or when he completely ignored the track and took his own line around blanchimont? Yeah... totally
  10. You mean whats left of the now murdered old bus stop chicane don’t you
  11. its the predetermined average length of time for a drive through penalty
  12. Big difference between taking you line and unnecessarily running somebody off the road. Kimi already had the corner, left no racing room for lewis to continue in so he took avoidable action and chose not to bump a ferrari because we all know the penalty for daring to do that. Here he is doing the right thing and still getting stung. And I’d say that kimi needed the win more than lewis, he was going to extend his margin over Massa anyway, he did what we all wanted and made it interesting. with lewis’ proven overtaking skills and obvious wet weather advantage, you can argue there are wildly various degrees in difficulty between the two, especially in this occasion. Kimi was a sitting duck.
  13. You can then argue than if kimi had not pushed him so wide that hammo was forced to either drive off track or slam into the side of him, he took the sensible option, dutifully let the man who cut him off past again and kept the race going The Mclaren was a faster car by a good portion of a second, the fact that he caught kimi again by the hairpin is moot. He would have caught him again anyway.
  14. Just one season mate... Cant we have just ONE season without this crap? That’s two races in a row now with the most horrible stewards calls we’ve seen in a long time Mclaren lost last season because of this, now it seems like just winning races on merit and generally being better on the day isn’t good enough anymore. If Massa wins this years title by 4 points or less, ill be done with this sport
  15. no no accordind to nick its he-wo to ze-wo get it straight mofo
  16. the dice between hammo and kimi was the stoush of '08 love spa
  17. talk about embarrassing kimi deserved better than that, shaded his teammate tho which is always nice. Well done hammo, most exciting race of the season. heikki... mate... wtf
  18. the ass looks MUCH better
  19. err... okay kimi in the army lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TylUhr8WiM
  20. lol @ kimi and Piquet having identical accidents
  21. so this may be a blast from the past, but did we ever find out what that white power Nigel Stephany allegedly used to "sabotage" the fez in monaco was? or have we all forgiven and forgotten?
