It does explain to some extent whay we havent seen any sort of aero upgrades recently... Mclaren, BMW, Williams even Honda have introduced parts recently. You'd think Ferrari would be right up there pumping out aero pieces to keep up with Mclarens rate of development, but no. This week is the first week in some time that they're adding new aero parts on the car. Just seemed like a logical explanation...
