I too am watching you.2deg. would be interesting.Stick a 12" hotdog on that exhaust and be amazed how the drone will be gone.Personally I think the RB25 had to pass emission laws and received an exhaust cam that would help it acheive exactly that.A 256 exhaust cam might help as timing wheels are a bandaid on an open wound.Or for that matter, a set of cams.

Whats the point of having this forum if you don`t use it.Fix your own door and clean the afm before you do anything with some loser mechanic that doesn`t know crap.Type up missfire or afm as a search and watch what happens.If you don`t know whats wrong then look at the problem and you will work it out.It`s a door handle for God`s sake.I think from memory two bolts and a plastic clip.By the way there is at least 50 pages on spark plugs and how to change them.Don`t mean to sound bad but give it a try.Call us before you call a mechanic.$600 is almost a Slide hiflow.

If you need a smoke screen just put your car in neutral and hold it on 7,500 rpm for a while.you`ll get all the smoke you need.Funny how everything on that page was highly illegal.

Track days? Amount to spend? I`m a lot older than most of you and I won`t buy a GTR because of the drawbacks to ownership.I`d take a BMW M3 any day.Power obviously doesn`t impress him so first choice.I f no mechanical ability then getting a GTR to out run a M3 may take mods he isn`t willing to do.

Lada Minx, 1967.One of the rare WRC cars of the time.This turbo was known to put out 2,000hp at 80lbs boost.Only had one gear,fourth,as the other gears didn`t really work due to the awsome torque.1,200nm by 300rpm.God those were the days.It was said;when the clutch was dropped at full revs (5oorpm)the Kremlin would move 3mm towards the west.I remember sitting in one and putting on the leather skull cap that driver Izzy Knickinoff wore in the 68 Siberian rally championships and I could actually smell the racing fuel,though later on I realized I was actually smelling Izzy.Apparently he never washed his cap.The car was only ever beaten once by a team of Tibetan yaks but they were disqualified for illegal race fuel,cocaine and and indian green curry leaves.I`ll just go see where I put those black and whites.........

I would think it would behave differently to a standard turbo so may need to have everything up to scratch to see it at it`s best.It would come on slower than standard but pull much better up top.Don`t go putting the boost up just yet as you need to get it on a dyno.More air flow without fuel is a bad idea.

Is it possible your tensioner or idler pulley is stuffed and is leaning the belt towards the front of the car? Once the bearings go they lean towards the worn side.

Stands to reason if the kit is designed to go on a skyline then it should be valved to suite it.No modifications needed.

Give Mr, Enforcer a ring as he knows a guy who can come to your location if in sydney to do your studs.Believe me,I`ve been down that road and better to do it once.If you have had the turbo off before then replace all gaskets.The turbo to dump can crack and the copper washers can too if used too often.

Two screws hold them on so undo and pull them off.

That was my original thought as Nengun has cams for very late series 2.Must state when ordering.Timing is pissing me off though.

Paul,the metal timing belt cover,have you seen an R34 with them?

I`m reaching the limit of my computer inteligence to be on this amazing forum.But to give you an idea,I was at Bel Garage this afternoon and they couldn`t identify it either.Think of a series 2 R33GTST but with smooth round crank angle sensor in black.People I have been to are:croydon,advan,unique,race solutions and internet everywhere. It runs great and crisp on the throttle with fantastic fuel consumption.I am ready to pull the cams out just to satisfy my own mind all is ok.I`ve heard the R34 doesn`t really go any different with cam gears but what if it has same cam specs as R33? Those cams have to go.Do I here 260deg Poncams?
