thats exactly what i was thinking. as far as i know the HKS GTR still ran on racing fuel, while this GTR is running on methanol.. either way though, it is a f**ken huge effort!!!! and good to see more GTRs are getting into the 7 sec zone nowadays, and arrogant rotories should feel chanllenged by now..... as for GTR700, last time i heard, Mario took the car to the states??? or europe?? i dunno...hope it returns soon. what happened to Keir Wilson's slick tyre R32?? is it still competing??

im currently using falken 452 on mine, and they do grip fine, and the noise is much better than the federals i had before. havent brought them on a track, so dont know.

Noy, was gonna pm you for some advice...thanx man i know Richo is a really good tuner( got things done by him before), but he hates Power FCs as anything........ i am gonna get Gavin Wood and Matty Spry to tune mine next week.... once i get Motec or HalTec with other mods, i will bring it down to Richo, and then he will be gald to do it.

thanx guys!!!! yeah, the tuner was going to hire a AWD dyno, but it is no longer available... so we are goning tune the car on a RWD dyno, followed up by a road tune.

i have these ones as well, they weigh nothing.... highly recommanded.

hi, im just very confused right now about tunning a GTR........the tuner i prefer does not have a 4wd dyno, and he is going to take the front drive shaft out and tune my car on RWD mode. would this actually affect anything on my car??? or does it do anything to Attessa system at all?? any info would be greatly appreciated. cheers

my eye sight is not great, so a lot of times i can not see ppl's faces until it gets close. ppl may think im rude, but i do not intend to be. also, it is very hard, ppl wave at you, when they are driving other cars, like daily runners......i have had a guy waved at me from a commodore, and i still do not know who that was......

just an update for the information, the R33 GTR wheels which have 245 tyres went on the S14A today with NO spacers, and we did not roll the guards....stock suspension, which means once coilovers are done, even widers tyres can go on.... it is doable, and the car looks awesome....problem solved.

nah actually GTRs are just GTSTs with special bodykits......its like optional leather in Nissan Maximas.bloody show ponies. why get a GTR?? to be honest with u, i would buy which ever you like the most. if you prefer GTS-T, buy it!!! personally i much prefer the look of GTRs, leaving the performance alone.

im using 4100 atm, but want a change sometime. due to the car running rich, the oil has been changed quite often....used 300V Chrono last time, for some reason i wasnt very impressed. i was told by a mechanic that fully synthetic oil actually drains from the head, and thats why nissan recommanded blended oil factory. i am very confused. once the tuning is done, im gonna reset the valve clearance, and then use 300V 10W40 again, and see how i go..... thanks!!

there are heaps of flexibilities with tyre width. i have seen 225s running on 10 inch rims( bloody handle like shit), and im currently running 275 on 11 inch rims......i was told i can go as high as 315....
