  1. i had a shitty magna when i was in year 12, it was mad fun tho with big-ass stereos in my car. i was young and stupid. yeah, i wish i could drive something like yours when i was at high school..... also, there was a guy in my year who had a GTST R33 skyline done up to the Fast and Furious style, and he was a n00b, used to hit full boost at school just so that ppl can hear his BOV. not cool. have fun with yours mate
  2. i think i saw your car at SVi last year mate, very nice and clean. and yeah, they are great, never had any problems at all and it was worth the money i paid for. btw, i still havnt picked up the car yet as im still overseas.lol
  3. yeah, got mine through SVi and it was a good job done by them. would like to see yours sometime.
  4. please delete this. sorry
  5. nice colour, and here is a pic of my baby blue GTR. we should have all these baby blue skylines lined up for a photo shoot one day.lol
  6. ^^^^and how much would those cost all up?? lol. i was actually wondering the same thing with mine. i might paint it blue and polish my plenum.
  7. its actually all about your speed when you turn. the reason y your instructor told u to turn in 2rd is becoz the 2nd gear would be more suitable for you when u come out of the corner, u are on your right gear and ready to accelerate. if u can handle turnin a lot faster, of course u can turn in your 3rd gear but for a beginner, it is not safe to do it.
  8. very nice car, mate. i realy like the colour. and enjoy driving it!
  9. glad to hear!
  10. i like your number plate! is it included?? any way, good luck with the sale.
  11. i just noticed u said ur GTR didnt have ABS? so did u have any problems with braking at all? any way, nice buy! good luck with it
  12. u r right, there are dealers who would still sell S1 GTR R33s for above 35 gs, and u know what? there are ppl who buy them, coz they think they are in good condition just because theri price. and the margin is how much money they make. im gonna lose so much money when i sell mine
  13. sorry for being random, but would u sell your wheels seperately?
  14. i wasnt saying that car was wrong or anything, i was just amazed that they are so cheap now. i bought mine in Dec last year for 1,980,000FOB.
  15. i found this today on j-spec http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=5053 and it is a GTR R33 for 23gs!! yes, u r rite , a GTR!! i know it is a S1 and has done quite a bit mileage( not even genuine), but it is a GTR with RB26. i remember about a year ago, this was the price u pay for a GTST S2 R33. it is killin me now as i just imported one myself for over 30gs. so where do u think the price is heading?
  16. cant believe u r sellin the car already. nice car mate abd bump!
  17. if its chopped, it is a very f**ken good job. looks f**ken unreal!!!
  18. okay for me, a GTR R34 Z-Tune( or M-spec Nur) A BMW M6 A Lincoln Navigator an Audi A6L 3.0L (daily driver) a Bentley(dont know the exact model but anything new) even thinkin about having these makes me feel good
  19. u still remember this topic, lol. yeah the car is in brisbane now getting compliance and soon it will be registered. dunno about the Nismo wheels, never came with the car, not even there when the car was in the auction. cheers, btw i might source some parts from u in the future.
  20. mate i really dont know about ' R32s are less seen than R33s'. as a matter of fact, there are heaps more GTR R32s than GTR R33s in australia. so maybe u were talkin about GTST R33s which share the similar look to GTRs ? u r not wrong about the hoons who drive R33s, but i believe there are hoons who own R32s as well. so u cant just say becoz all the young R33 drivers hoon around their neibourhood and doing burnouts, R33s are not as good as R32s. but im glad to see u being so sensible about buying sports cars. btw, dont get me wrong, i like both of them.
  21. i would make my mum buy a skyline V35,lol
  22. my broker organised the RWC for me after the compliance so i believe i can just get it registered straight away.
  23. as someone mentioned, to get a decent GTR R33, u would be lookin at 35gs above. there are cheap ones around but u dont wanna spend heaps later to fix it. also, the later the car is or less ks the car has done, the better condition it is. so i would be looking at a 96 model at least.
  24. or u can try to get some through charles' JDMimports, he deals a lot of jap wheels. his website is www.jdmimports.com.au and hes also a contributor on SAU. nice choice of rims! i love LMGT4s and particularly the black ones.! good luck
  25. my R33 is gonna be my daily driver as well once i get back to aus. as ppl mentioned, y would u spend that much money on a car if u dont drive it? my s15 was a daily driver as well b4 and i clocked around 30,000kms in 6 months time.
