Hmmm I am also with RAC..... Isnt the definition of stolen, taken without your permission????? So wouldnt that mean that regards of how they take it they have still stolen it??? Maybe it truly has been a blessing that I have always kept my keys with me at all times without even knowing that

Hmmm I thought it was a HKS???? Either way it seems to give a great note and some serious power..... Now just in the process of adding the cooler and the boost controller and away I go....

I do have one picture of it I copied from the website when I bought the car but that is on my PC at home ( am at work now ) To clear up any confusion my front bar is black not that grey in the other photo too I will see if I can dig up the photo... I will post it tommorow if the file isnt too big. One thing to remember though is that the Rims have changed since the photo... I didnt like the 3 spoke rims that it came with...

Yeah.... Very Pleased with my purchase..... I have had it about 8 months now.... Unfortunately though with the front bar being so low it is getting a little worse for wear from the bottoming out it recieves every so often.... I dont think it would still be up on the DC Import site though so I can't point you to a picture of it... Very scmick car though... Regan: Do you know or have any other way of finding out what it had in the way of mods before I purchased the car??? I know I got it with the full exhaust and air pod but it still seems to have an unusual amount of go behind it??? The only thing I have noticed is that it appears to have had some form of gauge mounted on the steering column???? Thanks Brett

Hey Dark..... I got one on my series I as I said above so they will fit no probs..... Very nice they are.... Although I was hoping they didnt catch on... You know for Uniqueness

Hmm I have considered sleeping with them inin my pocket or under my pillow or something along those lines of being really close, but I am scared that I will roll over in my sleep and push my alarm!!!! The last thing I need is to open the car in my sleep and make it easier for the theives!!!

Yeah.... There is nothiing the little b@rst@rds wont do these days.... About two years ago when I owned my VL turbo I woke up one morning to find my car broken into, stereo stolen and whole steering column stripped down ( good thing I invested in very good alarm ) and the car is parked right up against the house... I was furious.... After that my mothers VS commodore was ALWAYS parked behind my car to avoid it being stolen in the future ( You need the key to start ).... Two weeks later... 4am .... We are woken up by the sound of my mums car alarm going off.....dad looked out the window to find a guy getting into it, he chased them from the front door and they just took off in my mums car.... I got in my car and pursued, but by the time I got a couple of streets away after them I just found my mums car dumped on the side of the road... Basically they came round the back of our house, broke in the back door.... went through to the kitchen, took the keys to my mums car and everything else of value they could find... went back around to the front, were in the process of moving my mums car with the keys ( luckily he didnt turn the alarm off first though ) when the botched it and set the alarm off, in order to move my mums car to try to steal mine for a second time..... There were about three of them too, they had a get away car across the road.... very organised.... I was just lucky they botched moving my mums car.... Needless to say our security at hoime now reseamble Fort Knox.... I am also another person who refuses to sleep more than a metre away from my keys....

well I had a mildly worked VL and went to a R33 GTST with full exhaust and air pod..... no comparison.... the skyline is better in every way... I have absolutely no regrets in buying my line.... apart from now wanting to do soo much to it because I like it soo much

Good to see another black skyline joining the crew... hehe it is amazing how many people "evolve" from the VL to the skyline... I myself had two VL's before the Skyline....

Hmmm and rev210..... what would you suggest for a bit more go??? I am assuming you are talking about the more basic/cheaper mods before you go cooler and such?

Hmmm thanks guys for your responses..... I think I will end up going for the smaller ( thinner ) of the two..... I wouldnt feel comfortable boosting to 12 psi on a stock cooler.... Thanks

Hiya, I am looking into getting a FMIC for my R33 .... My car is stock barring full exhaust and air pod. I want to get the largest intercooler possible without going past the point of sacrificing performance.... I am looking at the two differnet types of HKS coolers.... One is 600x300x65 and the other is 600x300x100 .... Can I run the larger of the two coolers without making my car more sluggish ( bearing in mind my next step is an AVC-R with boost increase ) or should I settle for the smaller of the two?? I don't want to have to swap if out later on because its not doing a good enough job but I also am not chasing a huge amount of horsepower... Advice/Opinions welcome???

Yeah I was thinking along similar lines.... I am wondering if I can fit both the S-AFC and AVC-R in the glove box... then all I have to do is open the glove box when I want to change the boost.... Hehe I can picture it now..... You pull up at the lights and there is some nutter next to you wanting to give it to you at the lights and the first thing you do is jump for the glove box!!!! He would be thinking WTF :confused: hehe that would be cool... On the other hand you wouldnt have a glove box anymore but who really uses it anyway!!!

Hmmm..... These guys that you are recommending..... Can they do all types of work??? I ask becuase I am looking into buying the Apexi SAFC, AVC-R and a second hand GTR cooler and I want to find a place that has a good rep/record to fit all three into my car...

Ahhh crap.... If I get a S-AFC as well then I will have to find a home for that also!!!! I don't really want these Apexi computers visible as I believe they will be a huge theft magnet. Hmmm I am going to need to do some more thought on this
