  1. i added shit ton of fuel, car idles at around 5000 rpm and gradualy increases, http://www.mediafire.com/?emtoy4i2dhj thats the datalog, its weird as all hell. i made progress but just open larger can of worms it seems. sigh. i am going to see if i can stick some stock injectors in there, cause problem couild be caused by injectors is what people pn haltehc forum think
  2. i got it to start, couple issues though, might be injector dead time i will lload up datalog, but car is at 120 effieceiny in VE for it to start, and it runs rough, idle is bad
  3. its metal cover cas with half circle key, i had a spare ( i know these suckers are expensive so i got a spare one cheap) i just installed it. i had someone look at my datalog and they noticed my home count constantly increased, so we are going to look into that, like i said i fixxed tps issue, i had to change the power and ground pins around ( odd i know cause it worked fine on power fc) as car as coolant temp, i am not sure i installed my new one, could the issue be caused by a low coolant lvl ? its weird cause it actually registers correctly some times and other times not at all

  5. yes, and no it works intermittenly i am looking at the sensor and going to replace it with a new one i bought.
  6. unfortunately i am in the USA, and no one has experience with new haltech thats within an hour. Like i said car will start up for a few seconds than immediately turn off, and i already verified spark and fuel, i did not check to see if its firing in the proper order though i will work on that tonight i am going to recheck my timing for the the 5th time cause i changed the timing settings in the software. for some reason 2 got 2 differant maps form haltech and both of them have differant trigger settings, so i am kinda fubar on that. i researched it and i found settings so i input them which happen to be differant from both the maps i got from haltech, but i have yet to check timing with the new settings so i will go over that today.
  7. ok i was able to fix TPS issue whooo but still got issue with actually starting car http://www.mediafire.com/?tm21jry2qth this is a copy of the datalog when i scalled back the fuel map by -75 http://www.mediafire.com/?ynjdwiu5ymo this is the datalog for car with nothing done. http://www.mediafire.com/?mzzmmmzwkfa this is a copy of the actual map i was using i did the datalog with EVERYTHING you requested. my other concern is for the trigger settings, ad i have 3 diff maps 2 from haltech with differant settings i ended up using these settings from this site http://zeplinenterprise.com/240sx/wordpress/?p=308 if you could compare them to your settings it would give us an idea as well any thing else i can try ?
  8. just posting progress, i am going to log the inj today, and relcalibrate the TPS and coolant, i was told to make over fuel trim -50 and work my way to zero to see if i can get it started, i was also told issue could be inj dead time is on for too long and is flooding intake. i let you guys know how i make out today
  9. i do have an airtemp sensor, my coolant temp sensor is weird, it works than sometimes it dosent work, it worked on my old setup, i am going to swap it out with a brand new one i have here. i will see if i can log the injector ms tonight. i am runnint vvt via an external rpm activated switch thats why its not in the map lol

  12. from haltech the only differance is trigger angle is 51 on the gtr map they sent me compared to the 56.5 i have entered. that link has differences in the map you sent me mainly the falling and raising settings for trigger edge and home edge, and dwell time and theyr trigger angle is 55, and i cant get it to idle, just start up and turn right off, even if i give it throttle my old ecu was a power fc, so no map and it ran injector timing

  14. nope nothing, it started up put like i said it dies immediately after starting, once or twice it will rev up to like 3000 rpm but it still cuts off right after
  15. aight i will start with 5 and go up from there, did you see any descrpencies with my fuel map ?
  16. rc eng inj, and that was it honestly. i can try more later i was going to try 5 but i dont wanna go lean and make engine go pop lol

  20. should i just change their pin location than ? there is only 2 wires on a 3 wire plugs used. i havent tried to start it with timing locked at 15, i just did it to set timing, can i try that and lock it at 15 start it ?
  21. yeah i changed the plugs and it did make the world of a differance, but still same symptoms, its just sooo annoying cause only haltech gives me these problems
  22. its a rb26 one, with VE turned on and all values are set to 45% didnt see any smoke, just lots of smoke and i can hear the compression stroke noise, i defintaely thinks its a timing issue, i can make a video and upload it to tonight maybe to show you. it literally turns on and stays on for one second, no amount of throttle or anything will make it stay on, and honestly i gotta open throttle a bit just to get it to do that sometimes. i am running thr aac valve. i didnt think it mattered which base map i used since i wsas doign ve, and i knew rb cas was the same on 20-26 except neo. do you perhaps have a map i could compare it to ? also man i want to thank you man i appreciate the help your giving me i hope we can get it running !!
  23. i am about to get ready and give up, i tried everything literally for hours on end, my old engine management works 100% this dosent work at all, there is no shop close to me with experience with the unit without going 120 miles minumum, and i cannot drive it so i am stuck not only paying for tune but liek 300 for the tow. i sold my maf and my old wideband so i cant even hook up my old ecu to get the car running.... at this point i can literally do nothing....
  24. yes, i did the ignition lock for 15 and adjusted cas till it was at 15, but my friend heard backfire and popping and thinks its still a timing issue, and the tps shows 0 right now without me touching it. where should the ignition base and advance be on the ecu manager or actually what should they reflect, and is it possible my trigger settings are off ?
