  1. i dont have a pic of it with stockies in green, but do have of them in yellow
  2. i'll keep that in mind. but i am gonna try find a stuff tailshaft, and just use the yoke, as thats all i need
  3. hey, well i know everyone thinks about changing the colour of there car once in a while. I just did it cause i was bored, but photosshop can produce pretty good results, and looks pretty real too. heres a pic of my 10 minute respray, with rims too. (it looked real with my stockies on it) see pic. Attachment
  4. they rate them at 206 kw at the flywheel yeah. but thats wat everything is rated at over in japan. i think it would be a lot more. As the r34 gt-t is also rated at 206kw, yet it has one less turbo.
  5. still for sale at this stage. bump bump bump
  6. i got r33 front rotors if they are any good to you.
  7. as title sugguest. in melb. for rb25det box yoke or tailshaft. but prefer yoke.
  8. the standard one is very restrictive. On the inside its around 2 and 1/4 inches. however its up near the top of the turbo wheres its messy. the waste gate air goes straight into a sort of wall, then the gases have to divert into the 2 and 1/4 inch standard dump. with this one, it just goes straight out. and the 2 and 1/2 inches is mandrel bent. All even, and very light weight. the stock dump pipe is very heavy, as its cast iron. i will try and get some bigger pics for you so you can see it.
  9. hey, the pipe which connects to your front pipe is 2 and 1/2 inches. and is basically the same length as your standard dump pipe. 30 cm in length. the reason for sale is that, i am planning to upgrade my turbo, and it will need a different dump pipe. So i dont want to have to pay out twice for a dump pipe. And seeing as its still brand new, i will get more money back on what i paid i figure. another reason is also current funds to finish my car. hope that covers your questions. let me know anything else you want to know. cheers
  10. nice. cant wait to see ya results. once the time comes to upgrade i keep it in mine.
  11. yeah will do. hey did u upgrade yours yet? if so any results? theres a guy on the performance forums, who gets the gcg turbs at cost price. seems to be pretty decent, always helpful.
  12. cost to much. name brands = too much. they are like 4 grand. will definatley be going a garret something. better value for money i reckon. personal choice, but i reckon u pay at least another grand for the label of HKS. may be quality and all that, but still.
  13. hey, i sorta thinking away from the t66 idea. 4000rpm spool sounds a bit boring for street use. was thinking of getting a turbo which can still make around the wsame power, but just have a smaller housing. is that how it works? if not how can i make the same sort of power but have boost coming on a hell of a lot earlier. is this possible or is it a compromise.
  14. hey, brand new jms screamer for sale stainless steal 1 and 1/2 inch screamer on it paid $350 for it, and never got to use it. open to offers which are reasonable. in melb
  15. hey, thanks for all the info. i am not to sure about which way i want to go. Ball bearing is much more expensive, and dont really cant justify spending into the $3000 mark on just a turbo. The large garret items however can be gotten for around the $2000 mark. but a t04e might be another option. hungry6 wat sorta power were you making at the treads, and wat sort of times would a turbo like this be good for. 1250 kg car. i know theres heaps of other variables, but did u manage a good time. thanks any more input welcome from other guys with big turbo setups
  16. thanks. if i was to say that on 16psi a t66 would make around 280rwkw, with other mods such as fuel system, intercooler, exhaust, and ecu, would i be close to the mark. or would it be more like 240rwkw. the thing is, i have a dream. and in this dream i want to run 11's, and when running 11's ......
  17. only reason i ask is because i figure bigga turbo+"less" boost= still big power. meaning dont have to boost as much for same results, but u get a little lag instead. there was an rb30et with one and it made over 330rkw, but that was on around 22 psi. just wondered if many had them on rb25det's.
  18. hey, just wondering about the t66 turbo, and how'd they go on an rb25det. what modifications would need to be made, manifold, exhaust etc? what power would be made on around say 16psi (for starters), and how much the it would cost to get one set up. can they be made to spool up at around 3500 rpm. anyone with t66's on there rb25det's would love to see ya results. cheers
  19. what are the part numbers on the bosch 044's?
  20. at this stage compressor is on hold
  21. you know what the biggest bitch about buying a car that you dont know the paint code of. The fact that when you wanna change the front bar, put some skirts on, or if just have an accident, the paint always comes out a shade different. i bought my car (see avatar), and the colour matching for the spoiler when i had to get a new one cause it broke, was not spot on. the mixture the guy made up for the paint is unknown. It sometimes looks a bit yellowy/greeny when the sun is setting.
  22. if it makes you feel any better. see the orange sil on the link http://www.syndicatemotorsports.org/alan_silvia.html
