The GTR's up n running guys~~went to get it back last night and well turned out that the fuel system is working good, Dan tested for spark n the HKS plugs came up good compared to the the possible bad sparking that the single broken NGK sunkenhead plug was giving, he then noticed that the cam angle sensor plug was loose n so was the black part that clipped in front of the cam gear cover, dan started working with the loose cam angle sensor plug that he saw was not getting a proper connection, charged up the dry cell battery, and it's back to life! Looks like we all missed the part on the cam angle sensor~~ but well it's all good since it's not some big problem to be fixed...
