  3. Oh yeah the grids! That was a killer...! But it managed to warm up my brakes which don't work that well when cold and prepare me fer a sharp stop going downhill later...lol..

Hey there...well i can still see a bit of the ^v^v^v pattern..but certain parts feel a little smooth, so that might be the reason, im very sure its the thread on the stick that is the problem and not the knob...hmmm how can i meet up with u to let u have a look...? I will try to take a close up picture of it tmr and put it up. Where is helicoils anyway? It sucks cuz i cant change gear as smoothly especially when changing faster, and it doesn't help with an aftermarket gearbox that is really stiff n hard. Cheers~
  9. Well i already am using an aftermarket short shifter, is there anywhere that i can just get a shifter stick instead of the whole setup?
  10. Heya mike...remember me? i met u once at toombul last year when i still had a 33 gts-t...how r u? Well ive got the original cover but it does not have the bolts, when i bought the car the cam cover was already off. Are u going fer the GTR cruise by the way? Cheers, Jyo.

  12. Well i know its not the thread on the gearknob itself because i had it trial fitted onto another gtr and it fitted perfectly, so it is my gear stick thread itself. The thread tape isn't holding it anymore....i really need to rethread the gear stick....anyone can tell me who n where does re-threading? Cheers~
  13. Thanx fer the info mate...but wot do u exactly mean by a dump? And any directions fer me to get there? Or like wots the road name/address of the mt.cotton driving center? Well i'm expecting to weight in at less than 1400kg, but by how much im not too sure, if i had 17" volk racing TE37 rims instead of my 18" work meister S1, that would make more difference too~

  15. Hi there, i would like to put on my clear cam cover for the RB26dett, however i'm not too sure of the exact procedure...can anyone advice me? And also can anyone tell me where i can get the bolts n nuts that secure it cuz i dont seem to have them... Thanx!
  16. Hi there...anyone here knows where i can get my car weighed and how much it would cost? I wanna know how much weight my car has lost as it's been lightened quite a bit. And would anyone care to share how much a stock standard GTR 32 would weigh? I have done some research and it seems that it is around 1450-1480kg is that right? Cheers!
  17. Well i have tried using the plumber thread tape and it does secure the gearknob a bit better, at least it does not slip out easily unless i used force and pull it out...but the knob cant be screwed tight still, as in it still turns n turns...but well it will do fer now i guess.
  18. Well im getting about 300kw @ 4 wheels with 1.2 bar of boost on mine, it was tuned in japan as well and my AFR is abt 11.5-11.8, which is in BD4s's view, ideal as the japanese always run richer, however i think it was tuned on higher octane petrol.

Hmmm...try looking on yahoo auctions fer 32 GTR front bars, definitely can find something in japan, the GTR32 kits here are pretty limited...im trying to find trust side skirts n rear pods to complete my kit too...got a top secret GT wing with CF plates and CF canards but i dont fit them on fer use on the street.
  21. Who tuned yer fcon vpro? So are u running a map sensor too like mine or still on AFMs? By the way is yer stock ecu still in the car now or the fcon is running standalone? If u r running N1 gtr34 turbos as well, how much power are u making at wotever psi? Just hoping fer a comparison...cheers!
  22. Hmmm...where can i find an engineering shop? And wot's a plumber's thread tape or something? Sorry im not too familiar with those stuff...well the thread on the gearstick was already worn out when i bought the car, i also dont know how the garage in japan managed to do that. Anyway that's a genuine Trust Gracer front bar, it came with the car.
  23. Hi there....anyone knows who can re-thread the thread on the gear stick? The thread on my gearstick has worn out and i cant screw in my gear knob at all. PICS UP further down in the post....Anyone who can fix the problem?
  24. Hmmmm ive checked my muffler and the packing inside is still quite solid...well i did get a silencer today and it helped a bit.

I'm running Mines stainless dump pipes, then spilt titanium front pipes that come into 3.5", then a japanese racing cat, and 3.5" stainless custom welded cat-back by a japanese performance garage straight all the way. I'm just doing 1bar fer daily driving. Any idea how much psi of boost the 34 GTR n1 turbos can take safely? I've also got Tomei 260 poncams IN & EX with i think 9.15mm lift, Tomei camgears n etc, with denso 550cc injectors & Greddy fuel rail, sard fuel regulator, bosch 044 fuel pump running my fueling. Car was tuned before in japan, now i'm linking up with BD4s fer a possible tune up next time as yeah like u said, finding a good Fcon tuner in Brissy is almost impossible.
