  1. Thats is a very nice road runner
  2. No doubt you will get the results, hard work always pays off. You're doing the right things (i agree cycling/walking > jogging especially for the larger man) Maybe you don't have to work so hard, wouldn't that be nice? I'll check back in 3-4 weeks.
  3. Hanaldo, you fail to appreciate the possible effect of a lazy thyroid (hypothyroidism). First thing I would do is see a g.p get blood test for t3 t4 levels if they are low as i suspect they may be then ask about b12, your iodine ect rich diet may not be enough at this stage in your life. I wouldn't push myself in any direction until I had that basic information to begin with. Fair farken dinkum.
  4. bot.. b12 injections could also be something for you to consider having on a regular basis.. to get things moving a bit faster. See your G.P eps
  5. Farken looked like i'd been sucking the glass dick for a while. Most people I know assumed I had cancer, back up to around 87kgs now and looking way too healthy for an old fella or so i'm told I do exercise (resistance) plus alternate between cycling and walking everyday.
  6. I hope you have been back for a check since, i have to be tested every 3 mths now. My metabolisism was running at non-human levels, around 500% higher than a normal. (like running a marathon everyday) I was hospitalised and quite ill for a while. Now it's slowly swinging towards the same direction as yours. I really have had to make some major adjustments to my routine over recent years. I am still in very good nick, always have been... I wouldn't like to think where i'd be without that solid foundation I have to help drive me. Keep tweaking things, you'll find what works for you sooner or later.
  7. Have your thyroid function checked was my first suggestion, my thyroid went hyper a few years back now it's swinging back the other way.(stripped me to the bone in around 4mths) Reduce your meals from 5 to 3 sittings. Do not eat anything for 2-3 hrs before sleep.. If you really have to have some grapes or a dry cracker or 2. Your exercise routine is more than enough to reach your goals, the diet is good. your problem lies with your thyroid condition and eating patterns.
  8. fark this thread is in a large orbit.. 05,08,11 see you again in 2014
  9. Caveat emptor Gunja.. Not everything built in a backyard is bad.. but that is a crap job without a doubt. Shame on you both.
  10. fantastic guy...but how do the other 5 look?
  11. I always have the window open in all seasons, they're a must for me. I would remove all bar the drivers one. rears look clunky.
  12. Yes, start car let idle for 15 min then turn ac on let idle for a further 5 min
  13. Did you follow the correct start up procedure for the stock ecu? No? Then search it's been covered many times.
  14. Nice Daniel...I sense some coilovers and lowering in your near future. How many k's have you travelled in your first day of ownership?
  15. Whats wrong with a simple lock bar for around $70-100

    Nibblers

Yes I use them, no problems & easy to use. Draw line, have a steady hand....
  18. Sounds about right
  19. I also am afraid.
  20. Sounds like it could be elevating your heart rate... probably not ideal for you.
  21. All the sausage you want..free right here

  22. Got a small collection of old fords all are reg'd and have no seatbelts (apart from the daily). I've been down this road many times over the past 25yrs. Got to say it is a bit disconcerting sitting unrestrained surrounded by a steel dash ect even worse on a bench seat.
  23. Nice ride, pre 69 the car doesn't come under the adr's.. so seatbelts are not required if your bro wants to flaunt it. Might be different for imports.
