Every Holden from the 50's - 60's atrocious on every level. They'd be close to the worst cars built on the planet for their time. But the king of the whole damn shitheap is the Fiat Niki aka Fiat 126...nothing comes close. The fiat did have a slight go-cart quality about it..but other than that it's a shocker. Weird Clicking Sound From Passenger Footwell

Most probably it's the actuator for the footwell air vent....something has either fallen off, broken or stripped it's gears. -
Oh yes...the Montreal is a honey and good buying atm. Miura first rolled out in 66 and is still about the sexiest thing I can imagine on wheels, sadly it's way beyond my realm. Probably a $1mil + price tag by now.

Did you mean the Alfa Romeo (105) 1750-2000 GTV? the bertone bodied cars were gorgeous, or are you thinking of the wedge shaped Alfa Romeo gtv6? it was ok but not in the same class. The Miura and 2000gtv are two of my all time favourites..but both of those cars are 60's design. A 60's thread perhap?...lots of sexy steel from the 60's.

The holden is better ad. The toyota big-bertha game has changed ad...wtf is that? Saving the worst for last the Hilux srt (i think) ad where they have that rediculous nod conversation. There are some shockers around atm. But I'm loving the pajero daniel's birthday ad. -

When i had my first mini-bike I could put 30 cents worth of regular in @ 8 cents per litre (super cost more) and ride all day, not to mention you could ride the bike to the servo and back without fear. No i'm not 80yrs old...that was about 1974-5.

Off the top of my head you could run a rubber wheel against the belts or crank pulley using a high speed drill or similar. Removing all plugs first of course. Or fit a pulley on the drill then run a belt to the crank pulley.

Stop doing that.....or you'll be looking for a new flywheel as well as a clutch. Yes it's normal... your clutch is slipping, so the more power you put through it the more it will slip. Thx again for the oil thread gold..pure gold
