a company designed a single turbo kit for the ls1... first run was a 10sec and cant run again till they put a roll cage in lol. there is also a twin turbo VS thats runs 9s. anyone know v6 vengence? that was done on the cheap and it runs high 11s. for VS, VT, VX V6s, rebuildin the engine with stonger internals are almost a must. anything above 8psi or so things turn more to luck than anything get on the commodore forums and go from there.

yep, i would never get a series one commodore. VS: leaking rear main seal due to shit molds and couldnt be fixed unles complete engine swap :S VT: ooooh the piston slap and excessive oil consumption. Have holden fixed the notorious powersteering leak that every f*kin comodore has?

yeah bout 30-40kw is lost from the flywheel to the rear treads.

which light you mean? the one on the speedo or the one above the fuel guage? the one on the speedo is HICAS. as youve said you didnt get a hicas boss for the wheel, so that would be your prob... if its the other light id have to go take a look at mine... if its hand brake light the switch on it might be shagged, not sure if it warns for other probs tho...

so the curves n that are ok? sweet. yeah more power without the pod on it. the pod prob could use a clean or replace it with an apexi. standard ecu too if i didnt mention that.

i tightened it up to 10psi and i havent had the stalling prob again yet... i dunno, just mustve been something weird...

actually, the comoodore boys (inc myself) tested this. no gains to be had what so ever. it actually made some cars run wierd and stuff. our thoughts is the mesh is there to "straighten" the air to help the ecu read the airflow better.

hey, on my r33 i had mine wound out so it would only make 6psi or so where the actuator opens. driving around tonight when i came from a bit of acceleration to a stop quickly she'd stall...im guessing this may be the cause as this is the only change ive done other than the new intake...

^^ 95-96ron would be okay... but regular is like 90-92ron... if you cant afford the right petrol you obviously have the wrong car...

I think my catch can or the hoses were leaking... well ive removed it and just so i can drive my car is it ok to have the hose config like the bottom pic? top left is stock, top right is what mine was with the catch can and bottom is what the plan is...
