  1. 700hp on 35psi, manual, RB30.. I can get more info if you'd like, apparently it's very similar hardware to what Maatouk's VL has It's the cars first outing, so plenty more to come... I don't think it's caged though. His first pass of the night resulted in a 1.48 60ft but missed a gear... than did 10.0 with a 1.60ft.. so 9s for him with time A friend of mine chats to the owner on a regular basis as the owner works at a car wash on parramatta road (must be good business)
  2. Pretty sure 7HEAVN and a couple of others are running I'm working so I can't come out this week... i'll be there next week though. Best of luck!
  3. As tomek said, my thoughts can be found in this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ev...html&hl=evo
  4. Yeah I saw a lot of cars come off on that corner, they just couldn't make the 2nd corner in the esses... some rather close calls too

Yeah I rode out there hoping to run... got to the gates at 5:15pm and got told the bad news At least I'm only 15 minutes away from the track. There was another guy on a motorbike there.. he'd ridden down from Newcastle (2 hours). He then had to ride home in the pissing down rain.. poor bastard. It took him and I 30 minutes in traffic just to get to my place, I was soaked when I get home... hate to imagine how bad he'd be!!
  6. Britney Spears got flown to Australia to sing... doesn't mean she's a good singer
  7. Still running tonight? I'll look out for you I've always had 60ft problems in my GTR, 11.7 @ 122... I'm looking forward to seeing what improvements you make
  8. I heard a postie bike went in there once to deliver the mail and came out with NOS fitted ? haha
  9. Yeah it's a nasty corner. I sat there all day because pretty much every car would get rather sideways into it or through it Most cars had some massive oversteer there.. most guys learnt by midday to sit a gear higher than common sense said, but we loved the guys that didn't haha BIGRED... well that car sounded AWESOME Had us all guessing what motor was in it.. I forgot that I'd watched the movies of it tons of times on youtube R34 that did a couple of drift laps at the end.. champion!! We'd been seeing you in "pain" all day trying to keep the thing straight!! UAS 300ZX... at the end of the day you really started getting into it and it was great to watch. That thing is running a shit load of power :) Loved it EVOs... you were boring to watch, it reminded me why I sold my Evo haha All the other cars were great too... plenty of highlights in my mind!! I've posted up a few photos of the cars I know are off here... truth be told a mate borrowed my camera for the day as I was feeling lazy. They're not the best photos but I figure no one will say "no" to photos
  10. Ordered photos of the GTR crashing... poor bugger, this thing had been awesome to watch all day long!! If the owner doesn't want these posted, please tell me and i'll remove them. I read they want them posted though, so let me know if this isn't the case. I've got the sequence of the Evo crashing too (mate using my camera happened to catch it!)... I'll post them up if someone wants.
  11. IS Motor Racing (Indy) and Micks Motorsport (Micks) have both tuned my car, and both have been excellent. I've used some of the tuners mentioned in this thread and haven't been impressed with their work. However - you guys have to remember everyone is biased, and generally if one engine component fails, the tuner is almost always blamed. Threads like this are very hard to keep honest No doubt there's some tuners out there that have more bad than good days, but what can you do. I'm hesitant to comment on the companies I didn't like when I used them, but these days everything said on the net' can come back to you, and these guys would have ALL of my details... So f**k that.
  12. hahaha - not weird at all!!
  13. Hey, Anyone interested in renting a house with me? I'm in a 3 bedroom house, and my flatmate is moving out in one month. You'd have 2 rooms to yourself, both decent size... current flatmate has his bed etc in one room, and his PC setup in the other. Rent is $375 per week, but as I have the garage, I pay $200.. other person just pays $175 per week... bond is $810. Internet is $45 per month each, ADSL+ 100gb plan, I've got a wireless modem for your laptop etc Garage wise, well currently my car and bike are in there but can try to sort something out if someone needs a car spot Electricty and Gas are paid every three months Northmead is right next to Parramatta. It's a good area, nice neighbours etc. Close to the M2/M7/M4 (which is why I moved here in the first place). I'm a pretty quiet person, don't have partys here or tons of people over... I also do shift work so often not home at nights etc. Everything you could want is already here... 46" LCD TV, xbox360, ps3, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, couches etc. Lots of people off here have met me, I'm not a dickhead haha (honest) Let me know if anyone wants any more information. Cheers, Tommo. PS Pictures are from a while ago when we moved in... obviously there's a bit more stuff in there now but you get the point haha
  14. So who owns the UAS 300ZX now ?? I see all sponsorship has been removed and John wasn't driving... whats happened there?? Yeah the Evo 7 was with me mate Reasonably... Evo crash was 1:01pm, GTR crash was 3:15pm
  15. A few pictures for you all... I've got tons more..... !! BIG RED is an awesome car, sounds fantastic. I've got full sequence photos of both crashes but not sure if I should post them ??
  16. Yeah tops day. Poor GTR that had an accident.. And the poor evo that rolled.. some very very tough cars and good driving in general out there today. FEAR I tooted at you as I passed you on Old Northern mate
  17. It's in the centre glovebox mate Behind the gear stick.. I prefer suttle mods and the E01 TV screen is huge haha, so it's a perfect place for it.
  18. Yeah, they were for a good mates GTR. He went for few rides in mine and loved it so much he bought a pair Nah, it doesn't eliminate the key. That would be irresponsible from a theft perspective, and I'm already too paranoid about where I leave this car
  19. No problems, I'm off work Monday through to Thursday so anytime around there will suit well
  20. Yep it's original. NISMO ones (aftermarket) are the only ones that go up to 300km/hr. Hope this helps. Tommo
  21. Thanks guys Oh, and you have PM... you're thinking of his old S1, not this car!! I bought his rims / mirrors / wing inserts and fitted them to this car because I loved the look of it that much
  22. Has to happen eventually... getting old for the lose mate
  23. I'll be there spectating, should be great fun Anyone got a spare parking pass? Happy to pay, just not so keen on leaving my car in a spectator car park a fair way from the event (based off the number of people going, I don't imagine we can just park behind the pits as per normal?) Cheers, Tommo

  25. Hey mate, Do you have a spare clutch lever for an R33 by any chance? Long time no see too (if you remember me, took me and Ben for a spin in your car around Norwest when getting photos that night)
