only diff between HR and HCR is hicas. i have brand new castor bushes in a bent castor arm, and a castor arm with old bushes but the arm isnt bent. i also have upper control arms, with bushes.

I have only had the car for a few months after buying it from jimi on this site to run around while the r32 has been off the road. 1976 kE30 sedan xx33000k's auto mustard yellow 3rd Owner new battery and alternator interior is imac, perfect nic exterior is average, few bumps and scratches schmik seat covers custom exhaust, sounds tuff (stock exhaust can be put back on for ya) reliable as anything, nothing has gone wrong, cheapest car to run, great daily and looks classsssic!!! Located around the Unley/Mitcham area i bought it for $850 a few months ago and have only added to it with a few things (exhaust, covers, lube etc), so i shouldnt be looking at much less.
