  1. Alright guys, got a Sparco Rev fixed back seat here, structurally in good nick, the fabric is torn in a few places, but nothing too bad. I've used this on my drift car for a year or so, holds very well, and overall a great seat. perfect for someone wanting a cheap, good quality seat for the track or just to hold them in nice and tight. this comes with rails for R32, afaik they fit R33's as well. this is the seat here: http://www.searleraceequipment.com.au/shop...o_rev_5_plus/40 as u can see they retail around $1000 new without rails. this seat fits someone with a slim build, no fat-arses Price: $350 Located in SA near Mitcham some pics of the actual seat: dont have any better ones atm, if ur serious i can get some more, or u can just come suss it out urself.
  2. Hey guys, got here a complete diff assembly, not just the centre, everything u need including the half shafts, housing, centre and plug for ABS (works with non-ABS cars as well) Is in good condition, i've run it in my car for the street, works fine, i used to swap this in for when my car was on the street, and have another diff for the track, only selling it as my car is focused on the track, and no longer need a diff for the street. Located in SA near Mitcham Price: $300 Pics: (moisture around the seal is gasket goo)
  3. they will be less inclined to look closely at the turbo in an RB20 than a RB26. i can tell u that a RB20 sitting in the engine bay will be a lot easier to put through regency than an RB26, fact. btw yes i did bump this thread, but there is a small chance i will be getting my hands on this thing again so maybe not a bump for nothing.
  4. amazing isnt the word i'd use to describe them..
  5. nice reply, exactly what i was after.
  6. ..and i missed out
  7. ??
  8. cheers for the help guys, too many good posts to reply to. my biggest worry is the rb20 head really, i noticed URAS has mentioned bores splitting in other rb24 threads, just not sure if it has been substantiated by anyone else. makes u wonder why tomei would have gone to the trouble of the 24 for no reason. i'm sorry, but how exactly do u envisage the boys down at regency knowing it has a bigger bore and crank than factory?
  9. it's got a TD07-25G on there apparently, dunno if i could be bothered changing it.
  10. yes i know there are other rb24 threads out there, i've read them, none really seem to answer my question however. I'm not an engine man, as ull come to find out, but i know one thing, i love the sound, revability and reliability of my rb20. i'm not looking for huge power figures, but some more power would be nice. I dont want to be like everyone else as put a 25,26,30 in, doesnt interest me. the RB22/24 does however and i came across an opp to buy one in a car already built. It's a Tomei kit, so forged pistons and GTR crank. i guess my worry is, that the 24 will basically just be a 25, but really unreliable. looking at the bore and stroke differences it makes me think, being someone chasing a nice revvy engine, am i taking a step back going with the 24? will going less over-square make it less rev happy than the 25/26/30, especially with the smaller head of the 20? if so is it worth me still picking up this nice little package, but maybe replace the long GTR crank with a 25 or 20 one, go back to the shorter stroke, but keep all the goodies that came with it and sell the GTR crank for some nice $$$? i dont mind building a little 20, but when this came a long, it just seemed to perfect to pass up, most of what i read into rb24's was that they were just to expensive for what u were getting, i guess im asking u guys, if u took the cost aspect out, would u go a internally modified rb24 over a stock 25 or 30 if u were chasing a bullet proof rev happy engine?
  11. so f**king cool.
  12. yes indeedy
  13. ok took me a while to find, but this is what u should look into re: headlights
  14. cheers guys. u need both headlights, technically i still have both headlights there, it's just one is red lol it's a bit of a technicality really, i always bring the good headlight in case they deny me, but so far i've never got denied, passed G1 scruit. and afaik overflows are fine, never run one before tho.
  15. cheers dude
  16. if anyone is interested, a vid i chucked together of 09
  17. ^^mm, G7's
  18. one thing i'll say is that, i always preferred the R8's look based on pics, i told myself if there was the option i wouldnt even look twice at a GTR, but after seeing both in the flesh, the decision would be much harder. the R35 isnt a photogenic car, but after being in tokyo for a few days and seeing countless amount of ones on the street, u really come to understand they are a f**king stunning looking car in the flesh, i've seen R8's in the flesh as well, great looking car, but they are represented pretty well in the pics.
  19. depends whether u want to feel like ur going fast when ur going slow, or feel like ur going slow when ur going fast.
  20. yeh keep those pesky gts-t's away with all their hooded sweat shirts and rap music and such
  21. uve made the right choice
  22. yep thats the one, always grabs my eyes.
  23. how long have u had that? i see it parked at a house all the time, def stands out lol
