depends on the store, but ull find a lot use platform lifts, u drive over them (ramps), and the square platform between the wheels raises in the middle of the car onto the rails, they usually just put little blocks of rubber under ur chassis rails.

tbh, the ability to easily play around and test different pressures outweighs any potential benfits of nitrogen. that is unless u carry around tanks of nitrogen to track days lol

for now i might just post up my current setup, then go into deeper into it later. At the front i'm running off the shelf R32 GTS-t Bilstein B6 Dampers, generic autotechnica adjustable spring seats, 325lb/in eibach springs. Whiteline 24mm adjustable sway bars. At the rear, things get a bit more complex however, the rear runs R32 GTR Bilstein B6 dampers, valved to custom specs, generic adjustable lower seats, and custom upper seats, 225lb/in Eibach springs, i also have some 275lb/in Hypercoil springs which i have experimented with. is it 345/335 over there? bastards. its 350/340 here, i thought that was universal for all states. SA may have nazi's, but technically if the car is a few mm before 350, it is illegal and against the ADR's.

nothing about that car is good, terrible styling, and even worse modification, i think the only part on that car even remotely good quality is the pod filter. every expense spared.

true, 350 is still legal (at the limit), and 360 is well over legal for the front. if he wasnt gonna buy new stuff anyway, you'd probably get away with it. last thing u want however is to get defected for being a few mm too low with stock suspension because u just put in a full tank of fuel. so honestly there isnt a lot of point having stock suspension if theres still a good chance of getting defected anyway.

SLED, i hate to have to repeat myself, but as i have mentioned before, my mates, who are smart enough to not mouth off or anything, copped an impound after simply giving it a bit too much acceleration up to 60k's. the crushing will most likely take place of the 3rd strike, im willing to bet money you have accelerated up to the speed limit 3 times before which might be considered "excessive". there u go, grounds to crush ur car.

im yet to find a cheap tyre, that comes near to the expensive stuff. i mean, there are some models from expensive manufacturers that are utter shit, but generally u get what u pay for.
