  1. twin 3" straights, just finished them then for the street exhaust.
  2. haha ive got a new exhaust im making atm, will get pics up when its on, should look tough
  3. yeh twin 3" is alright, personally id rather for 2x 2.5" for the street, but ive got about 4-5 meters of 3" stainless here and no 2.5" so choice is pretty clear lol. but i think the 3" will look better, just stick out a bit more for the boys in blue. btw u got pics of the twin 3"? is it straight or angle cut? was thinking about a tiny angle cut on the edge.
  4. love those 2 shots man, still have nfi how the 2nd pic works, looks like im never gonna make it, but i must have cos i dont remember bailing out there all weekend. must be the angle of the shot :S
  5. how about f**k u commie for interupting jasons speech about my car
  6. momo and isotta are the only ADR aproved wheels afaik, u get a little ADR sticker with them and u put that somewhere. the rest is illegal.
  7. are they putting instructors in cars without cages this time?
  8. +1 general rule is dont take advice from tyre shops lol, i find often their knowledge is extremely limited and their real expertise is in sales. there are exceptions to the rule obviously
  9. lol, nice footage.
  10. wil be nuts, and will fit fine, just dont go wild on the tyre width, thats where u have rubbing issues. if u are more interested in looks go with a 255/35 (if u can get it) or a 255/40. that will give u decent traction, look nuts, and wont have clearance issues. if u wanna go as wide as possible my reccomendation would be to get ur hand on some 2nd hand 18'" tyres, even if they are worn out, something 255 or bigger, take out ur suspension, fit the wheels, then push the wheel up through its arc and see if it scrubs and how much clearance u have at the tightest point. this will tell u how wide u can go on ur car as every car is different.
  11. i dont really go over many speed bumps lol, i know where they are usually and avoid them at all costs. but because the lowest point is under the rear wheels its fine. the rest of the exhaust if anything is higher than a standard system as it doesnt have any mufflers.
  12. meh, nothing wrong with the screamer for street, just dont drive hard around suburbs. i run mine on the street, i also have a little attachment which i can put in that plumbs back the screamer which i use for regency, so i dont have to swap over the whole dump. the exhaust im making will be out of a mixture of high grade s/s and lower grade s/s.
  13. mm, fluro TE's, very jap haha, love it.
  14. haha i think ive got a bigger one somewhere, ill get some pics up of my new track exhaust once ive completed it, as i mentioned it will be using cut up versions of the flutes off my street system, it will be straight 3" piping from the dump, split into 2x 3", then the flutes go from 3" to 4" personally i dont think it will look as good as straight pipes, but it will give a bit more volume, and on the track, especially in battles u want as much as u can get. nothing worse than not hearing ur engine over the guys next to u.
  15. lol, well since its near the rear wheels its not a problem unless my wheels go each side of an object, and the object goes down the middle of the car. as far as attention, well, lol, being an RB20 its not obnoxiously loud, its a very smooth sound, i also run a ECV with it, which helps to an extent. usually i run my JunBL exhaust for the street though, which as i mentioned used to have flutes, but have been grinded off and will be replaced with twin 3" pipes, should be a bit quiter, as to be honest, for a street exhaust its quite loud. i have been pulled over before with the straight through 3" tho, was an interesting conversation, luckily i was already on defect and had clearance to drive it, so technically there was nothing they could do. i think his words were something like, "does this even have a muffler, wait.. does this even have a cat?"
  16. fark, ud be ropeable. i go ape shit when that happens to me.
  17. btw, 3" straight through
  18. yeh same, great photo, if only it was taken a fraction of a second later when i would have been done with my transition and we would have both had good angle.
  19. i have to say, flutes were so 2006/7, im over mine. ive grinded mine off my street exhaust, and twin straight 3" pipes are going on, the flutes are going on my track exhaust to get a bit of volume.
  20. haha yeh, would love to get him, me and the blue 2dr 32 to have a crack at team. was really looking forward to team with the blue 2dr, but owell.
  21. and this is only the beginning to the the issues associated with cheap adjustable shocks lol
  22. for street, coming up to winter id put in around 34psi if i cbf doing anything else. but if ur after performance, id start at 40psi cold, go for a run through the hills, find a road that isnt very populated but u know well, then go for it a few times, get a feel for it, then take out 2psi at a time until u get to low 30's (ur air will be hot now), figure out which feels best, go put ur tyres back up to 40psi, get them hot again, then go back down to the pressure u liked.
  23. doubt they will adjust ur bushes once they are on the aligner anyway, its too hard, better off just dealing with the slight different from side to side then pull the arms out and pull the crush tube around.
