  1. drift teks, starcorps?
  2. or better yet just search "boat anchor" in google and these should all come up if u happy with low quality wheels then they are fine, but u can buy decent quality wheels from other places for not much more, they look better, perform better and have a larger variety.
  3. haha probs not me then.
  4. u must not have got onto SAU sunday morning and missed out on my PM, owell i was pretty hung over. ended up taking a few snaps of me and my mates car anyways.
  5. possibly me, where was it and roughly what time? mine has a GTR front bar though.
  6. i have some adj whiteline 24/22 bars for sale, although tbh im pretty nervous about getting rid of them as i know its the best combination for circuit and street, only reason im thinking of going up is to really tighten up the roll control for drift and make it a bit easier to throw around, im just hoping i dont lose too much speed.
  7. lol, i beleive back then the telegraphs and morse code were also popular methods of organising cruises.
  8. i was answering this, i was explaining that you can go over 18" and what ud have to do to go over 18" if u'd read what i and many others have posted ud realise it isnt as simple as us telling u an exact offset and width, this is what im trying to explain. if you want to know what other people have used and got away with then read the rest of the thread, that is what it's for.
  9. hey mate, i can, seems to be a lot more 45 profile 18's strangely enough, i know there is a pair or set of RE050's, 225/45's, probably about 5mm tread and possibly some shoulder wear (cant remember, but they usually do due to the stiffness of their sidewalls). probably about $80 a pair due to being 18's.
  10. since i am no longer able to edit my post im posting up a new thread with an updated list. 1x Pair of 215/50 R16 - Michelin Pilot HR - 6mm tread - $70 1x Pair of 215/45 R17 - Bridgestone Potenza RE050 - 5mm tread - $70 1x Pair of 225/45 R17 - Bridgestone Turanza ER30 - 5mm tread, slight camber wear - $60 1x Pair of 225/45 R17 - Continental SportContact - 5mm tread - $90 1x Single 235/40 R17 - Nankang Sport NS-1 - 6-7 mm tread - $30 1x Pair of 235/45 R17 - Bob Jane Xenon Z1 - 5-6mm tread - high camber wear on one side (rotate and good for drift) - $40 1x Pair of 235/45 R17 - Sava Intensa - 4mm tread - high camber wear on one side - $40 prefer local pickup, but can freight for around an extra $50. all located near Mitcham in SA
  11. no probs, they are actually the headlights in the 2nd pic i posted up, i ran them for a while until i put the car into a guard rail, good luck with the sale but i honestly dont think ull get that price for them, i personally paid under $100 for mine, and i know the wreckers have them for a little bit more than that.
  12. width and offset play just as big if not bigger roles in clearance than diametre. u can make a 20" fit if u want, u just cant go as wide or have as low offset as a 17".
  13. still tossing u, was gonna take some photos of me and my mates car before he sells his, thinking this might be a good op. what if it rains, will it still be on?
  14. http://imageshack.us/ then get the direct link and paste it in here.
  15. 2x 205/45 R16 - Federal Super Steel S95 - 5mm tread - $50 2x 205/50 R17 - Bridgestone Potenza RE040 - 7mm tread $100 2x 215/45 R17 - Bridgestone Potenza RE050 - 5mm tread - $70 2x 225/45 R17 - Bridgestone Turanza ER30 - 5mm tread, slight camber wear - $60 2x 225/45 R17 - Continental SportContact - 5mm tread - $90 1x 235/40 R17 - Nankang Sport NS-1 - 6-7 mm tread - $30 2x 235/45 R17 - Bob Jane Xenon Z1 - 5-6mm tread - high camber wear on one side (rotate and good for drift) - $40 2x 235/45 R17 - Sava Intensa - 4mm tread - high camber wear on one side - $40 2x 245/40 R18 - Dunlop SP Sport 3000 - 7-8mm tread - $150
  16. hey mate, probably cant get u a matching pair of the same model, but can get u another 225/45. theres no issues with running a different brand tyre from front to rear. Turanzas: Nankangs: Sava's: Federals: Bob Janes:
  17. is this the style here: or this:
  18. u can make them fit, but u will need guard work, silvias usually have more clearance in the rear guards, the fronts are similar how ever. heres a few pics, R33's have a bit more clearance than the R32's. 17x9.5 +13, 235/45 30-40mm flare (mock up with unfinished guard) 17x9 -1, 215/45, 30-40mm flare 17x9 +16, 225/45, rolled guards
  19. 17x9 +30 that is definite 100%.
  20. 2x 205/45 R16 - Toyo Trampio Guiwn - 5mm tread - $50 2x 205/45 R16 - Federal Super Steel S95 - 5mm tread - $50 2x 215/45 R17 - Bridgestone Potenza RE050 - around 4mm tread, slight camber wear - $40 2x 225/45 R17 - Bridgestone Turanza ER30 - 5mm tread, slight camber wear - $60 1x 235/40 R17 - Nankang Sport NS-1 - 6-7 mm tread - $30 2x 235/45 R17 - Dunlop SP Sport 3000 - 5mm tread - $70 2x 235/45 R17 - Bob Jane Xenon Z1 - 5-6mm tread - high camber wear (rotate and good for drift) - $40 2x 235/45 R17 - Sava Intensa - 4mm tread - high camber wear - $40 prefer local pickup, but can freight for around an extra $50. all located near Mitcham in SA
  21. how much power are u running? pretty sure R34's run 245/40's from factory, so probably about what ur after.
  22. mm, so whats all this about? might be keen, me and my mate were looking to get a few snaps of our cars. what kind of a cruise is it, how long etc?
