i'm located in eltham but travel to traction tyres in rowville also. Got some work done from them last week on my car. always do a good job and dont screw u around. both times i've gone also... i've left, then come back later just as they're taking it for a test drive without them realising, and neither of the times they thrashed the car at all like im worried most workshops would. so definately a good thing in my books. 9764 2811

As far as im aware it's a series 2 boss kit. it was on my series 1 when i bought it and was told it was for a series 2, hence why the horn didnt work. i took it off and theres a big round metal plate at the back of it which is for the horn to earth on. although on the series 1 there is nothing there for it to earth with. inspection is welcome before u buy to make sure. $50

i think you're both missing the point here. If you were a terrorist, why would u bomb melbourne normally?? not too many other countries would be overly concerned. now that we have the comm games and are centre of attention, it's a gold mine for those terrorists to get attention. the chance of a terrorist attack would be a lot higher during the comm games than during any other part of the year if u ask me. and i'd personally rather our defence force be properly trained and equipped, rather than sitting there sinking the beer until theres an emergency.

he's got the visors, and from memory theyre in pretty perfect condition. if you're talking about the thing with all the switches, he's got that, but not all the plastic soroudings.

i've just ordered some dba 4000 series slotted front discs, ebc greenstuff front pads, and blackstuff rear pads for my r33 gts-t. i was going to put in some castrol response super dot 4, but the guy i spoke to today told me the fluid will be inadequate for the setup im running. he's reccommending i should use a racing fluid. anyone agree/disagree with this? would response super dot 4 be good enough? car is used as a daily, but will occasionally see some decent thrashing!

yeah thats cool mate. if you must know i took that front pipe off for mook today the lazy bastard, and its in pretty good condition. small bump on the bottom, nothing to really worry about. he's working on getting pics up but cant upload them to his computer.

how about you learn the art of patience. if you read what he said earlier you'll see he only JUST got the wreck back to his house from insurance. if you're that desperate for the front pipe go and buy a new one, otherwise sit and wait until he gets the photo. i've personally seen this guys phone non stop ringing from people wanting parts off it. personally i dont support the no posting an item for sale without photo crap because of situations like this, where not everything needs a photo. it's a whole car he's wrecking so whats he meant to do, take a photo of every single component of the car and post it. i reckon thats a bit of a waste of time. not trying to have a go at u... but it's just annoying seeing people whinge like that!

yeah i was going to buy the 4 255/45/17 nankang ns2's on ebay for $750 and sell the other 2. but decided to get something better for the rears. i'll give tyrepower in blacky a go, and also call these watergardens ppl up. Thanks for the replies.

i know a lot of you skyline guys run wide tyres on the back. where do u get them from? bob jane's and good year places etc always charge too much, looking for something decent for a good price. not interested in any chinese made crap though. looking to spend about $500 max for the pair.
