After putting this cluster in it shows 4 on startup, then drops just below... at times it is just above 2 (still normal) but then it will drop down to 0 for a few mins and pop back up (it won't do it all the time, just some of the time!). It drives and runs perfectly no matter what the gauge says and it has only happend since I installed the cluster. I figured the first step would be to confirm what is happening with the oil pressure before looking for another problem (oil pressure sensor, oil pump) but it would be just as expensive (if not more) for me to buy and install an aftermarket gauge or to take it to a mechanic as it would be for me to replace it with one that is working for sure! Worst case it keeps happening, I can flog off the other cluster and find the true issue or if it is the cluster (most likely) then it has only cost me $50 odd dollars! Any advice? Or does everyone agree?

yeah, I can wait... Would just be good to know what is actually happening with my oil pressure! (It's all over the show!)

it won't fit an R32 plug... you will need the plug to get it working. how many k's has it done? what is it's condition?

The $1700 fitted is only for stock front shocks and not including springs... bit steep in my opinion! I would expect if I were to shop around I could get the bushes for about $300-$400 and shocks for about $300 a pair new... Tell me if I am dreaming!

After putting up with squeaking suspension since I got the car, I decided to find out what the problem is so I thought I would pay $14 and get pedders to tell me I never intended to have them repair it as they charge like a wounded bull and once I saw the $1700 price tag it made laugh! I have had a look around the place but have not really found anywhere and hoped someone would be able to point me in the right direction or give some advice as to my options. I am looking at spending no more than $1000 and would like to lower it at the same time. (R32 GTS-t) I will be buying eveything I need and then either fitting it myself or if I am too lazy, I will get someone (for a few cartons) to fit it for me... This is the list of what I need. -Shocks - front, but I will do all (peferably something with above standard performance - but it wont be a race car) -Lowered springs -Sway bar bushes -Upper bushes -Lower bushes -Radius bushes -Bump stops I have the option of getting some super low king springs on Apexi damper adjustable shocks in good condition for $500 so that may be a good option for that but where do I go for the bushes ect? Thanks for any help or advice!!
