    dude, you are going to need to drill the hole under the battery regardless (the GTR uses it stock!!)... it seems like you are trying to mount it too low if you are thinking about cutting the bottom off your bar... The top of the cooler sits JUST under the metal piece of the front bar! a lot of people mount the top to that!! It DOES fit!! Just sit back and think! That is the only way oyu will learn!

    you might try cleaning your AFM and/or you ACC valve. The fact that it cuts out thought makes me think it is electrical (as you have too). Check all your connections (disconnect and reconnect), remove your earths, sand back/clean and refit...

    Funky Earth? AFM / AMF plug connection (Weird Idle...) - when you come to the lights does it drop revs and go back up?

    I had a feeling it may have been head to manifold! Ha ha, yeah I thought it myself that a smaller and more common gasket would be more expensive but I guess they are business hippies, they understand the concept of supply in demand!

    ah, warpage.... hmm, how do I go about checking that? I just went to nissan and got what I needed.     Hey, I am about to put on an R34 turbo and due to past experences I am not going to reuse the gaskets. I need the turbo to manifold and turbo to dump gaskets. Am I best off getting them from Nissan or is there somewhere better / cheaper? Also, I am looking at replacing the brass washers too, is it the same deal with them? Nissan? How much should I be expecting to pay for it all? Thanks in advance! Todd

    slipped over perfect! still had to trim the front bar (side vents) but has done the job! Could have used something thinner but hey, use what you got! ha ha ha

    My opinion would be it sounds like a fine deal if it is in good condition... What is it off, old skool 300zx?, if so has it been rebuilt before?? If not, it really is an old turbo! Just check shaft play and oil seals. What are you using for engine management?

    nismo pump would be more expensive than an 040. GTR pump is used so you never know what you are getting. 040 would have to flow more than a GTR pump otherwise GTR's wouldn't 'upgrade' to an 040!

    This is mine... I made the brackets myself but you can get an idea of the height. I have a GTR front bar so it may be a little different. Hope it helps! Todd

    not sure about the VG20 but depending on condition I wouldn't pay more than $100! I just sold my R32 turbo in excellent condition for $200, you can find them for $100-150 if you look hard enough! Just post on NS.com in the tassie section, but GMB might be able to find something (he is good like that ) Todd

    yeah, just have to cut the bottom of the bracket and the pipe a little and bob's your uncle! $170 shipped for the pump! Well worth it!

    do you need one on stock injectors? I am about to install R32 GTR injectors on my R32 and I have the GTR fuel rail and regulator (not sure if it is different than the stock RB20 regulator but I guess so)...

    I managed to get mine for $530 shipped... But I have been looking for about 6 months! I am aiming for a very responsive 200rwkw! Should be quite acheveable, just got replace the dump and cat I rekon.
