The cop was obviously a DICK HEAD to say that a WRX can be Yellowed from the factory. All new cars sold must comply to ADR and obviously if its a factory car it will comply to this. Only when cars are modified do they warrant a Yellow if no permits are obtained. If I had that cop tell me that right now i'd blast his ass, take down his badge number and create the biggest stink around. Id do this on principle alone. Cops think they know it all.... just like how they know how to tune carbies on R32 GTRs.....
