  1. Are you talking about the KKK or Garrett, cause the GT3071R needs no mods like that.... compariable to the HKS GTRS
  2. Yep The GTR "bolt on" another strange thing to note is that when I bought mine the dimentions listed were 600mmx300mmx90mm now they list 100mm thick. ebay $315 delivered. I like the core but not the tanks
  3. I see Veilside and a few other companies use equal length front pipes. Is there any advantage that people have experienced from changing?? I see HKS are not equal length. here are some pics I dug up
  4. I've run Iriway 8's and found if i gave the car a squirt when cold the plugs would foul. Apart from that it was all good.
  5. Garrett GT3071R hands down, spools 1000rpm earlier than a HKS GT3037 www.atpturbo.com will tell u all you need to know. Discopatato is the man to talk to but he will most likely tell u the same.
  6. The ECCS relay output from the PFC (PIN 16 i think) should go to earth on powerup. This pin ALSO provides the save data signal. If this pin doesn't goto earth you SIP is blown(chip in the PFC). If this is the case get it to me with a std RB25 ecu and I'll repair it for you for a small cash injection. I have fixed 5 PFC's to date, its a common problem. Usually the indication is flashing/pulsing handset and fuel pump, but that can be sort of fixed by rewiring the ECCS relay...however save data function on the PFC goes Tits up.
  7. what year is the box and were are u located?
  8. i bought a just jap one and found the mounts to be wrong and the inlet and oulet to be 3" (76mm) which is no good as the std pipes are 80mm. The core design seems to be decent quality but I would cut the pipes and replace with 80mm. I sold mine to a friend with a GTST.
  9. about center on the CAS. your timing light will read 30 as it is a double pulse.
  10. "As far as I know the std FMIC piping is also 70mm – so that's all that should matter when you're looking fit a kit" The standard FMIC pipes for a GTR are 80mm. you will find the cheap replacement coolers to all be 3"(76mm) which is why the r cheap. Anywho u want 80mm piping.
  11. give me 4.5g's and I'll swap you my 300zx
  12. As long as it bolts up, I'm not fussed about piping
  13. can you please confirm the price and size of the M073 for a GTR
  14. GOLD 19" GT-C for a R33 GTR Pls
  15. can you get the type B core? whats the difference? ARC do list a 100mm thick cooler.(M103, M109) Does the M073 come with piping? and have a size of 450x700x70? If so you may have a deal. Can u also get alloy radiators?
  16. Give me a Std RB25 ecu and the Power FC. I'll fix for $70. If you want to fix urself, do a search under my username. "Help Pfc Issues"
  17. One for me to
  18. Are Z32 air flow meters the same as the turbo ones>?
  19. do not use venolia ! Arias r good, with good rings CP are what i run. The motor is very quiet, comes down to the machinist. I paid a bit more my third try...grrr don't ask. ADVAN had the bore's done and they were stamped and have warrenty...came out perfect. Should have spent the extra 1 time round. ADAVAN also sell CP for just under $1200 with rings clips and pins.
  20. What oil r u using for run in? 800K's is not much may reduce quite abit aftre a few thou if using hard performance top rings
  21. I'm runnig these cheap manifolds, ported my 2530's to suit. makes 360rwkw on 12psi on the std PFC map.
  22. Nice price, not thick enough for my licking tho
