  4. GT28RS or GT2871R .6A/R for the power output you are after I have seen the GT28RS Make 224rwkw and the GT2871R Make 259rwkw on an SR20 with poncams @ 1.5bar, 1 bar boost by 3,200rpm.

  7. I have the TechTom ignition / Launch controller. The limit ismvery smooth...no knock at all...just big flames
  8. The current one doesn't do the ignition retard. I have tried mine with 30degrees retard which=constant backfires and It doesn't show up on my knock meter...promising for the crank.

  10. Just talked to RAY. I can confirm they will be releasing a 2 stage Launch control In feb 08 that includes an upto 40degree retard. All of which displays on the Tach Gauge during programming. Will be released here first along with there new dash. http://gizzmousa.com/gizzmo-dash.html
  11. I am after a suitable ignition retard unit to use on my GTR. I must be able to: interface with the nissan CAS/Ignition system Be able to provide up to -30 retard can be switched on or off(bypassed) with a switch(clutch and or TPS) Currently looking at this.   14. I find I comes down to each individual injector/fuel rail/pump setup. The key is to get even AFR's between ALL cylinders. Once this is acheived, leaner AFR's can be run more safetly. I have the standard fuel rail....with upto 6bar of fuel pressure at times. Will be replacing it with a center feed item before retuning.
  15. Sorry, a missunderstanding. (just a tuning aid guide) Every setup is different. From load point 11 onward I would tune anywere from 12.3 -11.6 I have currently tuned for: Inj 1.6bar Max load point 14, AFR 12.0-12.1 1.8bar Max load point 15, AFR 11.7-11.9 2.0bar Max Load point 16, AFR 11.2-11.4 Ign 30% Toluene load point 5-10 +7 degree's load point 10-20 +6 degrees's I also have an excel spreedsheet with has a database that I use with Datalogit to cut and past Wide Band AFR logging and outputs a corrected map in reference to a Target AFR map. Looking into making this automatic. Will post up soon.
  16. Map rescale tool- enables utilisation of the entire map. (no more tuning for one boost level) Map Calc- takes your Wideband AFR info and outputs a correction value for quick and easy tuning. Also includes a cell hit table to get rid of bogus AFR values.
  17. They are 19 x 10.5 +15 They are definately heavier than the stock forged rims.
  18. As a real life comparison. In 4th 2000rpm starts to make +ve boost 3500rpm .5bar 4050rpm 1bar Does anyone have a comparison for 2530's ?
