  1. I was running 17" 35 series tyres with 20psi. The track was ultra sticky. First run I tryed with a burnout and ran a 13.6. After that i decided to skip the tyre smoking and drive around the water, ran constant 13.1's and the single 12.9 after that. benm: I installed the FC over eight months ago.
  2. I found the best launch was when I slipped the clutch and ran through first gear on 6psi then switching to 14.7psi for the remainder.
  3. yep, probably won`t last much longer. Had two years out of it so far.
  4. I removed the exhaust at the Cat and increased my timing by 2 degrees because of the octane booster advantage. Also modified the front bar for better flow through the cooler and heat wrapped the exhaust the day before, which made noticable difference to intake temps. My best run however was with the exhuast on.
  5. Just ran a 12.9 on Sunday at AIR. Pretty average 60 foot of 2.247, was getting mega axle tramp. :rave: Car: R33 Gtst Mods: HKS exhuast, 3" dump and cat-in pipe Greddy FMIC (Model- 28c) Apexi Power FC Apexi filter which has a cold air feed and partition Oil/Air seperator ( single inlet ) HKS twin plate solid centre clutch Heat wrapped Turbo dump to cat, Intercooler outlet to throttle body. 7. Atmospheric BOV`s might help more air to pass, but, having an Air Flow meter equipped car you confuse the ECU and undo any bennifits you could achieve. I would recommend using a GREDDY plum back style, Which flows 2-3 times the air. It might not sound as good as the standard , but, the truth of the matter is the more restrictive your BOV is the louder it is. Or you can get away with an atmospheric type when using a S-AFC as this is equipped with a function that momentarily sends a preset A/F meter signal to the ECU when the BOV is venting. No more kneecapping flames ! Agreements - Disagreements ?
