  1. Did it myself with a die grinder bit and a drill. I also do my own dynoing with the PFC software if u guys want some cheap rates in the new year
  2. ok sweet, I'll do a run at 20psi aswell. I will be using the same dyno in shootout mode. I have changed back to the standards manifolds however match ported to the turbo's as they were a good center meter out. Chansing average power rather than top end, my previous setup was ever so slightly laggy for my liking.
  3. kudos motorsports has one $350 here on the forums, it was also on ebay for $300

I have Tomei 260 9.15 cams 87mm pistons 1mm oversize valves chinese manifolds ARC twin entry intercooler twin 3" exhaust Apexi pods PFC 22psi AFR 11.2
  5. will expect to be on the dyno during the first week in january. I'll run the same boost level and afr. here's a link to my last dyno http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...st&id=60458
  6. I have just changed from HKS GT2530's to GT2860R-5's. I'll post up a back to back dyno graph as the mods will be the same just changing turbo's
  7. Good turbo sold. open to offers on the other one requiring rebuild, also has a HKS adjustable wastegate actuator
  8. For the guys with a R33, The bell housing is interchangable.
  9. Back in the country. Pics coming today! Match ported SS manifolds also available
  10. Has the turbine touched the bearing housing?? Interested
  11. only way to know for sure is to test it on the car..drop the rev limiter and raise it slowly if you are really worried about it over boosting
  12. granted, I don't have back to back ARE to ARC, however I do have Trust to ARC(of the same size core). The design of the ARC core will flow better than an ARE or any other brand I have seen of the same size core IMHO...but hey like what has be defensively stated I can't prove that. All I have gone off is the experience I have had and the design of the Patented ARC core's. Best go do the relative web site and research for yourself. For the record ARC offer full customs configurations....you have obviously not done your own research..... As for fluking my setup style......lol, no fluke...... thats the reason people buy ARC the are tried and proven... I feel what it comes down to....petty bickering aside.... ARE offer a product that is local and cheaper, which I believe to be similar quality to some Jap brands. ARC is definately more expensive and harder to get. In my history I have owned 36 cars most being turbo charged and intercooled....in my experience I have personally found ARC to rival all others.
  13. I have tried one of these, the tube and fin design looks ok however the inlet and oulets are the wrong size(3") instead of metric...
  14. why would you pay ARC money for less performance......
  15. not much, the arm hole was 100% back behind the wastegate pin...takes a lots of effort to stretch it over. On road testing is easy...just gradually put the trottle down so your car never has a chance to over boost.
  16. screw them in bit by bit on the car until u get 1bar, my 2530's required 5 turns from std from memory.
  17. Andrew from Kudos got my ARC kit for me second hand...
