Well, my (self-admittedly naive) plan was to get a new ECU to get the engine as in tune as possible, with a good air/fuel mix... then I'd start organizing a front mount, up'ing the boost, etc.

Hi guys, First time caller, longtime lurker. I've just bought a '94 R33, which is sitting in Osaka, but I'm already planning what I want to do with it, and I have a couple of questions: - What's an FMIC? Fuel Management Integrated Chip? - If so, is that what a PowerFC does (in addition to everything else it does)? - Are there many/any places in Brisbane that are capable of tuning a PowerFC well? Hey Jay, Yup, still doing the OCAU thing, but I haven't done news posts for ages. Typing all that out gets very boring after a while. I mainly write articles now, but I still administrate the forums and irc channel as well. Was rather surprised to be recognised on here via OCAU.

Just an update, for anyone who cares... I finally got my dirty little hands on an R33 GTS25t over the weekend. It's sitting in Osaka at the moment, but should be in Bris on the 5th of August and in my dirty little hands about two weeks after that.

Name: Scott, but literally everyone calls me Sciby, including my 2 year old godson and before you ask, it's pronounced "Sky-bee". Age: 27. Location: Central Queensland.
