any ideas?

Hey all i have a vlct with an rb25det gearbox which i fitted last night. I removed the old rb20det gearbox to make way for the new rb25det box, now i have fitted a new cltuch slave cylinder but i have used the thrust bearing and clutch frok from the rb20det gearbox. My problem is i cannot select any gears with the car running. I ahve full movement from my slave cylinder, is there a difference between the clutch fork or thrust bearings from rb20det to rb25det please help! Ben

i dropped in the rb30et from another car my m8 smashed but i didnt want the auto so i grabbed the old mf5 i had laying round (mf5=n/a vl) well ive had 2 blow in like 6months i rang a couple of places and they have all told me my car puts out to much grunt for the box and suggested i get a r33 box

Hey all im new to this site. I own a 1988 VL calais turbo 5spd and im looking at putting a skyline box in it. now my question is what is the difference between the r33 turbo box and the r33 na box. what sort of power would each of these hold? any other suggestions of box to look for would be greatly appreciated. cheers also sorry if i posted this in the wrong section
