it just sucks that you want a repairer to fix your car cause you know/herd of them doing a good job (local) and cause your insured with these assholes you cant!!!!!! instead you have to wait for a cheap bodgy job, buy who know's?? some ones shed!!!

it just goes to show when, even some of the best repair shops that have been members and doing repairs for years for the NRMA now wont even deal with them anymore. so if they cant look after there employees (repair shops) there sure as hell not going to look after us. i mean what's next???? if your hurt are they going to start doing quotes on us for new parts and have there own human meat truck.

hey guy's!!!!! i know most of you can't/wont use N.R.M.A to insure your car's how ever you guy's may have had this problem especially in the hunter area where we have this new policy of inter-net quotes of a repair. you guys may know about this?? i have a friend that ran up the but of a fwd, and the only place that would repair her car was in sydney and she had to send it away for 2 weeks!!! because most of the repairers in the hunter will not associate/deal with the N.R.M.As inter-net quotes, as they are ridiculous.

another way of looking at it $4oo is only 1 good dyno tune and service which is normaly done 3-4 times a year on a modified car. $400 for a plate is nothing if you own a modded car. ie; services/tunes, modifications, labour for all this unless your a spanner head, rego, fancy bits, then hope for nothing to go wrong this year. all im saying is plates can be good n bad. no power and alot of attention.

No, its only when you leave the car unattended (and I'm assuming you won't be driving in that instance). Its to stop people from leaving their cars unsecured and walking off, and then having a cry when someone opens the door and steals shit from it. In the past you could make an insurance claim on it (since its theft), but now since you've broken the law they don't have to pay out. Which is fair enough. Why should insurance companies pay out for your stupidity? If your car was locked and someone broke in, fair enough. But if you're too much of a **** to even lock your own pride and joy when you wander off to pay for petrol or whatever, you deserve what you get. I could have sworn this law was enacted a couple of years ago. I must have remembered wrong, but in that case they introduced a law a while ago making it illegal to leave your keys in the ignition (car running or not) while unattended. Same reason - people would walk off, and someone else would just hop in to the car and drive it off. Technically its theft so its insurance claimable (and it was costing them quite a bit), but not when you did something illegal to enable it to happen. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> AMEN TO YOU BROTHER. im sure it is only if the car is running unattened ie fueling up; turbo timer must be shut off b4 fueling up. this also means turbo timer must be off even if you want to hang a shit. how ever my freinds ive argued the point when there was a passenger with me that it was not unattended and got off !!!!but i think it was pot luck.

lol no work ,no plates. mine have gone (GRUNTN rip) i loved my plate owned it for 5yrs mm 5x400=$2000 for five years that's a big plate hehehe it depends on what you want for your car. you can have alot of fun with plates. its funny when people read and say the plate when your driving then turn there head just to make sure it's on the back aswell. :lol: $400 is nothing if you own a skyline!!!!!!!!!!! :lol: this plate is available ( F8L ) n.s.w custom
