looks like the hub is cracked in the 2nd pic if thats the case there is ya prob the hub wont be gripping the teeth on the steering colum

sounds like this guy has already made up his mind to buy this car regardless of the info giving here . sounds like he half believes the owner and just wants to bargain the car down in price . a fool and his money is always parted

lol at dud i used to see him and his mrs setting up there picknick table and laying out the table cloth and the silver where eating there tea in the pits i saw him try and supercharge a vw engine for his speedcar it made 50 hp on the engine dyno before blowing up no scat parts uset there lol. my old eh chassis was made by john crowhurst i had a fair bit of succsess in that car over the yrs

yeah cheers for that i might have to go and reclaim my old super sedan full space frame chassis rb 30 turbo with motec quick change diff and a fibraglass eh holden body on it . its just sitting in a paddock now might do for starters

do you need to go for a medical like when you race speedway ? the lincense and insurence cost for speedway has made a lot of guys leave the sport . there are a lot of ex speedway cars that prob would fit right in with you guys i would like a copy of a ruleand spec book if thats possiable cheers dean

lol yrs ago we used to get country rego rates in gawler till the bastarts moved the boundry further out the gawler river used to be the old boundry

just got a ph call from my son username illec on here he did a dive with the whitepointers at pt lincon today reckons it was pretty awesome had a shark about a 1 ft away from his face eyeballing him for about 30 secs lol thru the cage . next weekend will be boring for him prob he is going to qld to bungee jump again and too think he used to call me stupid for racing speedway lol .

what shits me off is when im washing my car on the lawn or watering the lawn you always get some do gooder stopping and give you a mouthfull . my usual reply is to tell them to flap off and worry about what goes on in ya own yard ...............btw i have about 30.000 lts of rainwater stored atm and use that its connected to the house and taps outside . i go about 9 months of the yr on rainwater soim doing my bit .for the save the murray bit . DAMM NOSY DO GOODERS

no probs getting it regod in sa providing you have used a engineer along the way i used doug potts to do mine cost about 1500 bucks he comes out and inspects it at different stages . then he took mine too mallala to do the brake and lane change test if that comes up clean its then off to regancy for there inspection . if all goes well straight to the rego office for your plates . biggest tip i can give double ya budget of what you think it will cost be prepared for the unexpected blow out in budget . do as much as you can to save cost . i got a great deal of fun building mine and some damm bloody frustrations along the way mine took 3 yrs to do i thought i would have it done in 12 months lol cheers dean

i built a ac cobra replica from sctratch not a brb kit tho cause they used torana front ends and diffs the kit i used had a jag front and rear end in it . what ever ya reckon it will cost to build double it lol it;s all the small things that add up like on the cobra the windscreen frame and glass was $ 1200. bucks lol that looks like a nice kit but what does it use for running gear ? cheers mid life crisis edit just looked at link i reckon a falcon turbo 6 would move it along nicely :-)
