I ran 17s on the XXRs, 17x9.75 +24 iirc and had 255/40 sup is it just me or does every evo 8 have a different shade rear bar? ive looked at so many and i think in all of them, the rear bar is a different tinge/shade compared to the rear quater panels surely not all of them have had touch up / spray work ? bumpers are always a different shade as it's plastic compared to metal, and there is something with the paint when it is applying so the shade is always off a little I had teins, they were ok. But I would just spend the money and go BC coils, there could be a chance you get knocking front struts like I did. Iirc it was pretty common in 7s

it's not about the downgrade per se, it's more that the car is an original turbo of which p platers can't drive. Even if you can downgrade to the rb25de, why would you go spend money on doing that when you can buy a cheap na daily to drive around and get more practice in and then spend the money on a nice turbo car when your off your p's.

You can only keep rego for like 3 months though man, after that the police can fine you for not transferring the rego over if you live in Vic permanently

Not sure if it's possible to get them, might need the original owner (aus) to get them for you as it'll be under their name and they would have to ask the importer/broker or the compliance shop That is if they still have them on record
