i imported my R33 skyline about 10 years ago or so from japan. i saw it on a website in japan. i sent money overseas and well soon it was at the melbourne docks ready to be picked up. i had it complied here by a dealer. they were shocking. called me twice to pick up the car and they would say, sorry its not ready. Anyways soon after many laws changed. i just wanted to know, if i could import another car from japan and get it registered here. Not necesarilly a a skyline, well just any car, is it worth it. well if you want you can always get it transported there. maybe 300 400 bucks maybe via truck or train. depends were you are i guess. u can get quotes yourself online . just enter in the details of departure and destination. regards brian

Genuine skyline Car mats(x 5) Aftermarket Marble look-alike dash has also been installed Remote alarm , and Immobilizer, Remote is water waterproof. Rear skyline sign near boot lights up green, when headlights are turned on. Car located in South east suburbs, Dandenong North, Melbourne, Victoria Car interior, exterior, and engine are all in excellent condition. i just had a query today i got my car from the panel beaters after a week. they just had to paint the rear bar as someone scratched it. when i got it back i noticed that the oil light come on. i put the oil in the car but the level was more than normal. the light came and went, when the oil light came on the pressure dropped suddenly , like it had a faulty sensor. The car is a NISSAN SKYLINE R33............. later on in the day it didnt come on no more, and the engine was making a slight knocking sound, so i really got worried this just happened today. i called my regular guy in melbourne, in dandenong, who works on them, he said to stop and get the car towed home and bring it to him tommorow, as the engine could cease. i was really worried does anybody have any ideas as to what it could be. the oil light now stays on. and no pressure is been displayed. and a slight knocking sound can be heard, at idle...............any advice would be apreciated, as i was really worried about the engine. im gonna look through the manual to see if i get any ideas. i live in Dandenong North does anybody know anyone good to see regarding this close to home.

jello i just wnated a panel painted in the south east of melbourne or else anywhere i guess in melb....just needed a rub down and paint ..also needed new and reliable and good panel beater.... that doesnt charge all that much....liek reasnoble....also someone that can do a cut and polish and not leave swirl marks would be good..

Geez you guys are nasty....My car is a R33 Nissan Skyline and this is the only car forum i use so i thought i could get some help from you guys. or set me in teh right direction...since you are smart......lol and i have had problems looking through and sifting through all the crap on the net. i thought maybe some of you guys would know or be able to set me on the right direction and i thought it would be ok to post here as this is the general automotive discussion section...For disussion relating to all other cars, bikes and other powered vehicles.. Im located in Melbourne Victoria , the rims on that last one would be what he is looking for i guess. yeah that red one with the exhasut coming up is sort of like his but his pipes are bigger. he wnats 22' inch rims but im guessing you dont put fat tyres on those....well any help would be apreciated these are some of the F750 i think not the F350

My cousin has asked me to find him price to buy 6 inch lift kit for his new ford F350 its crazy its like 6 meters long and he got the muffler guys to put 2 holes in the tray and put pipes like the trucks have sticking straight up into the air on either corner. its makes some crazy sounds. not sure if this is legal l but it cost him heaps and also had custom extractors made at the same time . he says it legal cause its like a truck or is one cause of the size of truck but i am not convinced by this...his a nut. anyays he asked me to find him 6 inch lift kit plus also. 8 stud 22 inch rims plus tyres...which are to be chunky...he was told that you cant get 8 stud wheels here for that car here so they have to order thme especially for this car from overseas......any places to find this stuff in oz or overseas would be great. regards brian

ok cool well next time ill go over 40 litres and see if it starts to spill over and that lol. the gauge seems to be accurate. like it goes down the same and thne if it gets to low the light goes on. but thne again if its not working properly then its like registring like half a tank

Hey i reckon maybe you need carbon clean as well or else get injectors cleaned or maybe both. I have exhasut leek as well i thought maybe this has something to do with it as well....but its ok it doenst waiste too much fuel

Yeah the R33 skyline did like 335 ks with like 34 litres or so, so that is great. That means that with a full tank it would do like 600 kilometers. Not many turbo R33s would get close to that, figure.

Yeah i had worked it out just before, approximately. from what i rememenber that the 38 dolalrs bought me and it worked out to be like 9.34 litres per 100 or so. which isnt so bad for a big skyline R33, i guess. since i have had the car thats what the petrol tank says. when its like 35 dolalrs of fuel it says its full. So im sure its only 40 litres. Maybe the Non turbo has a smaller tank or something. Ive had the car for like 5 years or so now

Ok cool thanks. thats odd with sixty five liters i would defineitily do more than 300. Probably more like 550 to 600 kilometers for sure. I put like 38 of Vortex 98 and fuel tank says full. that was like 34 litres and that. I think my tank is like 40 litres or something cause when petrol was cheaper i would put like 30 dollars and the tank would say it was full so yeah. its od i think my tank might be 40 liters not 65 why is it supposed to have that kind of tank. what kind of tank does my car have, what size does the manual say. So you are saying that high octane fuel is wrong or high octane like the wynns bottle and that. that you poor into the tank.
