I saw a van get pulled over last week, he wasnt a p plater - i thought "yeah wow, a HWP pulling over someone who's not a p plater - dont see that every day" then about 4 hours later i saw another HWP pull over a newish model falcon (not an xr6/8 or anything, just family runaround) and i though "thats interesting, maybe they're not going for hoons/young guys/guys with nice cars as much anymore" Wrong.
