depends what colour the mesh is. if it's anything but black, then I put a hex on you silver/white/fluoro Mesh, IMO makes the car look cheap and nasty like a $5 hooker. always looks better with frontmount. and plus it's functionional.. how visible will your sidemount be? may look silly. Unfortunately it's not a free-for-all as it is an official club event and as such is for members only. Like for example last years one was a navigation/orienteering event which involved material distributed by the executive (and helpers ).
