Get the other one inspected from a turbo shop.... if it's good just buy another CHRA Cartridge for the busted one slap the housings on... All done for less than you can get a second hand pair for... Plus MTQ & GCG should have a few of those CHRAs sitting around...

Sure you bled it properly with no air pockets...??? (Two man job) Other then that check that there's no fluid leaking from master or slave cylinders...
