  1. Getting S1 of Phoenix Nights now... If you liked Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead, give a show called "Spaced" a go...
  2. British and way dark... set in a small English village complete with tranny taxi driver, freaky toad man, flesh dealing butcher and serial killer store owners... there's 3 series in all... Not everyone's cup of tea, but one of the best english comedies I've seen...
  3. if you want dark - you can't go past the league of gentlemen...

  5. Looked at stageas.. in std form they are very boring and are slooooow.. the interior doesn't have many features... also all the ones I saw were pretty old.. Couldn't find any other new cars to compare. Looked at the Mazda 6 MPS but was told no wagons..
  6. The Neo33 beast is sold and will be picked up Tuesday night.. Does this mean life is over?? Hopefully not - cause I got me a new car - MY07 Liberty GT Spec B... Not the fastest thing on the block, but not too bad for a family wagon..

  13. It's been a while so Hallo Everybody.. The car isn't getting any younger and frankly I'm starting to get sick of fixing things on it. This time I'm chasing a new rear LH seat belt as it's come out and won't retract, making it kinda useless.. Anyone know where to get one or if some standard falcadore part fits? Thanks Cam

  18. Hi Paul - as the kindly Riaz has mentioned, I've done a conversion of a 34 engine into a 33 body and you'd surprised at the lack of wiring mods that need to be done. Let me dig up some info and I'll post it up... Cam
  19. Some photos I took last year to give you an idea how close you get to these cars at speed..
  20. Hi all.. I'm getting involved in the chicane teams again for this year's Targa West on the weekend of the 9th/10th of September. We're a bit short on teams so the organiser has asked me to post up the following: ************************************ Targa West is on again this year Sept 7 - 10. It's a Targa Tassie style event run right here in our own backyard. This year there is a great field of cars ranging from Posche GT3's, Lamborghini Gallardo, Maserati BiTurbo, to the awesome Orange Monaro of Steve Coad. A great way of getting close to the cars on the stages is to be involved in a chicane team. All the chicane team is required to do is to set the chicane up (place bollards & signs in pre-marked locations), monitor it whilst the cars go through and then pack up once the stage is closed. This year, we need approximately 22 chicane teams (teams of 3) for the event. I know a number of people from this list were involved last year, so please indicate if your team will be involved again this year. If you weren't involved last year, grab two of your mates and make up a team. There is only a couple of training sessions to go to and you'll be right to go. Please either email me (phay @ iprimus.com.au - without the spaces) or text/call 0432 841 228 if you'd like to be involved. There is more info available at www.targawest.com.au ***************************** If you can get invovled I can recommend it. Having cars coming towards you hard under brakes from around 180~200km/h was pretty cool to watch. Any questions - post em up and I'll try to answer them as best as possible - or just call Peter on the number above. Cam
