  1. paul - cheers mate.. phone number is ***** if u wanna call me to pass on the price/details.. thanks again..
  2. paul - not worried bout macka.. it ain't that money is no object - but $200 is bugger all... as for tuning it myself - i sense an imminent explosion if i start messing with valve timing.. much more to learn before then i have.. hmmm..
  3. paul - thanks mate, just got ur pm.. the car is going in for surgery while i go to sort my life with my other half out in malaysia over east/anzac day.. so i'll need to get hold of the pulley before good friday..
  4. macka - while the belt is off $200 is bugger all for something that can help big time later on once the fmic is in.. between the pulley, the afc and the itc i'm hoping for quite a bit of tuning flexibility while still runing the std computer and turbo... hopefully anyways...
  5. paul - midrange is what i'm after.. no point having 400hp @ 6500rpm and 50hp @ 3500rpm... did u get my pm?
  6. is that some sort of standard setup to get more power?
  7. Gradenko - full frequency rocks.. I'm aware of only using the exhaust one.. thanks..
  8. paul - check ur pm... macka - am going to have the timing belt of anyhows so thought why not put one on.. so far have afc, itc and more boost.. am going to get dump pipe and fmic - basically very close to the setup 25GTT has.. he seemed to think that the pulley gave him a decent increase in power right over the rev range - so for a couple of hundred bucks I thought I'd give it a try... cheap power if it works..
  9. macka/paul - am chasing an exhaust cam pulley.. after talking with 25GTT i'm conviced that i must have one! combine that with the fact that i'm getting my timing belt done very soon anyway means i may as well do it while the belt is off.. nengun says $185 for the pulley on their website, but brent sent me an email describing both inlet and exhaust for $428?? I assume that postage is about $50. They quoted delivery of one week.. I asked for pricing on the Trust one's shown one the site but haven't heard back yet..
  10. macka/paul - glad to see there's some mummy's boys around.. lol paul - the hks one i think.. nengun seems to offer some trust ones but they haven't gotten back to me yet.. know of anywhere else to go aside from nengun?
  11. mmmm piggy tails... sorry - waaay bored... waiting for nengen to email me back so I can order my exhaust cam pulley...
  12. Hehehe - man that reminds me of a wiked funny story bout my mate who loved his aussie flag boxers.. was watching tv on the lounge after a few too many beers with his tackle hanging out.. completely oblivious till one of the girls couldn't stop laughing and pointing.. hehe..
  13. depends... out and about briefs - my boys need a house! at home lounging - boxers...
  14. mmmmm G's......
  15. nice one niz... thanks for the effort - but it's pretty hard to imagine something like that to entertain me when there's a big fat hairy smelly bloke sitting in the cubicle next to me who had waaaay too much garlic for lunch!! hehe...
  16. Still bored here.... cmon - provide me with some entertainment..
  17. LOL @ Paul... Sorry mate - I think you were!!
  18. Paul - warm weather rocks... so does aircon.. Me getting Hella Bored.. anyone got any good links to cool stuff?
  19. Rev - I think you'll find the units for weight are in pounds, not Kg. Will make a big difference to the outcome. Conversion for Kg to lb's is about 2.2 from memory.. 3080 lbs (1400 Kg) 230 rwhp 1/4 ET - 13.82 sec 1/4 Speed - 98.62 mph Sounds about right I guess?
  20. me back from lunch... paul - ur right, there were some NICE sights out today..
  21. do c-red sell them? do u think they may have gone for the extra sale - sorry, me a cynic thru and thru...
  22. me out for some matsuri for lunch... bak later whores..
  23. ahh k.. so the aftermarket one is hanging off the std mount then I take it? I'm with Adrian - pull it off, clean it and tighten up the spring pressure.. Maybe get your mechanic to do it? Shouldn't take him more than an hour..
  24. Niz - to fix the problem quickly, why not block off the aftermarket one and use the std one? should fix all the problems lickety split...
  25. Adrian - ok, I get what ur on about now - and i agree.. u should be able to get rid of the Apexi pipe and use the proceeds to get the dump/front combo done? Niz - understand completely.. thats one thing i hate, chasing people so they can take my $$... fair call..
