  7. Hi guys... who's around?
  8. Woah! Where are you getting them at that price? Maybe they're cheaper for an R31? 1st set I bought were round $120 from Perth Brake Parts. Second set I got for a shade under $100 through a mate's work account at Coventrys. BTW - just put on a set of DBA slotted rotors. Made a HUGE difference!
  9. Stop ya whingin! Just get charcol coloured rims like mine and you don't notice at all.
  10. Could do a group fitting at my place - garage Malaga! For $135 I'm in for sure. Next weekend? 17th/18th?
  11. Cut it down and re-thread it to put a gear knob on it. Easy fixed!
  12. Yup - detonation = knocking... detonation is NOT your friend. It is not a GOOD THING (*TM). If you hear this noise you should stop accelerating immediately. Detonation causes all sorts of problems, to mention a few - blown plugs, broken ring lands, melted pistons, burned out exhaust valves etc.... Brakes pads for an R33 - talk to Perth Brake Parts. Use Bendix Ultimate - nothing less or you will be dissapointed. This has been a community announcement fuelled by red wine - not to say that the information is inaccurate, cause I know through experience on both counts that I'm correct! I hope it has been helpful.
  13. Jason - let me know what sort of price you can get on them.. I'll be in on it if it's a good discount..
  14. Hi everyone..
  15. If you're talking about the centre tray that goes under the stereo, then you should be able to get one anywhere - they're just a normal DIN size. I'd wager if you went to any spares dealer they'd be able to find one to suit.
  16. I wouldn't put anything down until it's complied as doesn't the new RAWS system have the car destroyed as soon as it's in if it doesn't come up to scratch?
  17. Pivot timers rock.. so tiny. so cute..

  22. LOL - go the brazillian!!! gotta love a landing strip...
  23. helloooo?
  24. Liz - find out where it's being auctioned, ring them and put in a tender. If it's above the reserve price then you should get it. Check with the auction place when you ring them - they should be able to tell you everything. Good luck..
